We stayed for 5 nights in a two bedroom apartment. Reading previous reviews I was a bit concerned re noise/being to hot/bad wifi but this was not the case at all for us. We were a family of four and the space was more than enough. All hotel rooms/apartments are small in Amsterdam!! Apartment was spotless with everything you needed. Nice touch with yea and coffee bags. Lots of toiletries and toilet paper! Apartment is in a really lovely part of Amsterdam. Very close to artis zoo and the botanical gardens and a 15 min walk into the centre. I would definitely stay there again if I return to. Amsterdam.

The kitchen, dining and sitting space was well equipped and useful; and the bedrooms were private from each other Some noise could be heard from neighbouring apartments, but on the whole it was quiet, warm and comfortable. The shower was excellent. We loved that enough tea and coffee bags were provided for our whole stay. We loved the underfloor heating. The place felt very secure.

The instructions about how to check in were contradictory and caused confusion: I didn't understand that despite having submitted all my details, including passport number, online I still had to take my passport with me to the Hotel Allure in order to collect the key cards. The heating was not on when we arrived and there were no instructions about how to adjust it : we were cold for several hours until we managed to work it out. Individual bedside lights would have been appreciated (people go to bed/ get up at different times). The knife wasn't sharp enough to cut bread properly. There was no plug for the sink, or washing up bowl, so washing cups and dishes was tricky (we used the largest stock pot as a bowl!)

The location. Very central. Next to Univ of Amsterdam Law School but on a very quiet street. 2 grocery stores nearby to walk to. MacBike in Waterlooplein is a great nearby bike rental store. Can also walk to center within 15-20 min. Has AC and heat. Small but very good kitchen. Bed is big and comfortable. Feel very safe. I stayed in the studio. It’s basically a complex of multiple ground floor studio, 1 to 2 bedroom apartments. I spent 5 nights here and I would stay here again.

Property is a bit tricky to find but access is the door with a card scan from the street next to an alley. Have to pick up key from Hotel Allure which is 500m away, not a long distance (less than 10 min walk) and the hotel concierge is 24/7 but if walking with luggage can feel longer. So keep that in mind. Wall is a bit thin can hear neighbors playing music next door (no problem with ear plugs). The green exit sign is lit up at night when all lights are turned off but I just covered it up and it was fine.

The apartment was very good value for money. It was around 15 minute walk from all the main attractions and we felt safe as the apartments were closed off behind a card activated door. The kitchen area was small but all we needed for a short break. We went as two couples and we pushed the two singles together in the twin room which worked fine. The rooms aren't massive but again all we needed for a short break. We arrived to check in about two hours early and were able to get into the apartment before 3pm which was super helpful. The bathroom area and the rest of the apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable. Adequate room for 4 people.

The neighbours during our visit were very loud. This is at no fault of the apartment itself however it did disturb our stay.

This property was amazing. It was comfortable and in easy walking distance to lots of interesting places. The staff were really helpful. The information we had in advance said we'd need a credit card for a 300euro deposit but this wasn't requested. We also thought luggage storage was not available but staff had no problem keeping luggage while we explored the city while we waited for our onward journey. On these points accommodation exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this property.

Only issue we had was finding the property as we arrived late at night. I think information said address was 35 but it was actually 35a.

we felt extremely safe, we loved the natural light that the ceiling windows gave us, the people were lovely, location was perfect, overall it was a really cute, modern little apartment which was perfect for our stay!

personally the shower annoyed me a little bit cause the water would go everywhere so maybe a proper bath mat could help but that’s such a small thing & maybe adding some chopping boards to the kitchen to cut things aswell as the emergency escape light was extremely bright and lit up the entire flat..

Staff is nice, superb location. Cosy apartment equipped for light cooking (bacon n eggs/ omelette breakfast) I read reviews complaining about noise, we didn't experience that actually. Cosy bedrooms

The drainage in the shower didn't function properly during our stay (which resulted in a flooded bathroom every time someone showered) Some things were broken upon our arrival (mirror, glass cup) Overall a great place, especially for the price.

The room was fairly close to downtown area. Some good restaurants close by.

Had to walk with our luggage about 4 blocks to get to our room. Had difficulty finding it, not well marked. Beds were up a stair. Had to get help to turn on ventilation system. Had to get help to close window shades. Sink drain plug was broken. Expensive to stay.

The location is very good, a 10-20 minute walk to the centre

In summer it will be very hot, there is no air conditioning and only the front door so it gets very hot when it’s sunny outside

it was very cute and in a great location. the bed was comfortable and it was handy having the kitchen equipment.

the shower had very low pressure and slow drainage.
