Room is really clean and bed is veerry comfortable. Love my room !

It is a bit far from city center ( 30 min by walk from central station) But If you prefer public transportation, you can make it easier :) (14 number)

Location was perfect, easy 15 min walk into the city centre (there is a tram stop right outside the hotel, but we preferred a walk). Some nice cafes nearby and a nice quiet coffeeshop 4 mins up the road. Also near the botanical gardens which were lovely. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Staff were all nice and helpful suggesting outings whilst we were there.

It got quite noisey on the street at night as it was very close to a pub, not an issue unless you sleep with the windows open.

Good location. Easy to find. Used tram 14 from central station. Staff friendly on arrival. Stayed in room 22. Superior twin at front of building. Comfy beds. Good sized room. Good storage. Very clean. Plenty of plug sockets. Great bath and shower. Plenty of mirrors. Towels changed each day and extra loo roll, shampoo and soap left.

The stairs are very narrow due to design of building but we used the lift so no problem. Didnt have tea n coffee refilled after 1st day. Noise from construction work outside and trams but not fault of hotel.

We stayed overnight, it was very accessible from Amsterdam Central via tram 14. The hotel is very small but it is clean and cozy. Good thing we only brought our backpacks as we left our big luggages in BRU. The room was very small I don't think there is enough space to open a big luggage. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. I thought I booked the one with shared bathroom but luckily we had our own in the room. They had coupons in the lobby for discounts/gifts.

Wish there were room slippers and free bottled water in the room.

The hotel was in a very good area, I could go anywhere on foot, everything was 15-25 min away. Just in front of the hotel you had a tram, number 14, which was very useful for us to move several times. About our room it’s was comfortable, clean, warm, and also you can open the window, not in all hotels you can do it. The Staff was nice and helpful.

They don’t have breakfast, but you have 15% of discount in a place 1 min from the hotel. The food is really nice.

It was really easy to get to just a short tram ride from the train station. The lady that checked us in was lovely she allowed us to check out later as our flight was delayed on arrival. The room has everything we needed and the bed and pillows were comfy.

The only thing was the shower head wouldn’t stay in the correct position it kept turning to point to the door so I had to hold it the whole time.

Welcoming staff. Location was amazing! tram 14 line stop is right outside the door, that gets you all the way to central station and all you want to see. Clean and comfortable. 2 nice cafes right outside and few nice food places too.

just a bit dated. a lot of things like the sink, door and shower bar were moving and very loose. just needs a bit of maintenance but that’s just a suggestion.

Proximity to Amsterdam centre. You have tram no 14 just in front of the hotel. Across the street there are many nice restaurants and cafes and the hotel offer 15% at one of the cafes. The size of the room is good.

It can be noisy as the windows are not sound proof, especially when your windows are facing the tram line and main street. A bit cold in the night as the main heating is done via air conditioning.

Location is great, tram 14 stops in front of it and is a direct line to Central Station through city center. We got room facing back on the hotel so it was quite quiet. People at the reception were nice friendly and helpful. We could leave luggage after checking out. Hotel is rather clean, you get free coffee and tea, they change towels every day. We definitely recommend it, you probably won't regret it.

Room and bathroom are small but not too small, but a seriously obese person would probably have problems, otherwise is fine.

Larger room for the price and right by Tram 14 stop Artis, which made it easy to travel around. The room was clean and for the price for a stay in Amsterdam Quailty was good.

Lower room, so you could hear the noise in the street. Weed odor came through a couple of nights from the door, so I had to put a towel to block the opening under the door.
