the property has an elevator which is very helpful for travellers like us. we brought our baby with us and they had the initiative to provide us with a crib. the room is small but has a balcony. the bathroom is small but very clean. towels and garbage are collected everyday even if you dont say it. it was also very near the metro station.

Its kind of old hotel with rooms allocated in two buildings next to each other. Receptionist is so helpful and friendly. HK clean the room everyday. We heard noises from other rooms easily. Transportation isn’t an issue. Tram/train is nearby.

Very good location for Ams - walking distance to the center, but at the same time - just 2 min walking to the metro station. Good in case if you prefer to live not in the very center of all events, but at the same time to have a quick access to all of them. And it was really clean! We even noticed some strong smell of cleaning detergents while opening the room the first time, so for us it was a good sign.

Rooms are really a little bit "tired" - a little broken furniture, wall painting had some cracks , etc, but nothing really very dramatical. Unfortunately, very bad sound proofing - both from the inside and outside. Every morning we woke up because of some activities right behind our door. And even if your room is on the opposite side of the building from the trams line - you will hear it anyway :) But it's definitely silly to expect these things to be perfect from the hotel of this price category, so this is just something "fyi', and not to blame.

The Hotel Allure is an excellent choice for your stay in Amsterdam. Its proximity to the city center allows you to easily reach the main attractions. The staff are all very nice, helpful and friendly And would advise that if you get a taxi back to the airport ask reception to call you a taxi as its a set price and a very good service . It's nice that the hotel also has a court yard garden which you can sit inn and is maintained well...The showers and toilets were very clean and the shower worked very well no problem..The rooms were clean and comfortable and the tv also have some English channels . Enjoyed our stay 😁

It was clean and had friendly staff

Great location away from the very busy areas but close enough to walk, or to take transit--a few trams run on the street right outside. The Metro station is just steps away and easy to get around the city and to Schipol. The streets are great to walk around, and there are some really nice neighbourhood restaurants and cafes only minutes away. Like most of the places I've stayed in Amsterdam the room itself was very small, but it was well equipped, and the small fridge was great for when we picked up some groceries at Albert Heijn.

At the beginning, we received a tiny room with a lousy bed. After complaining we were transferred to another location "Allure garden apartments" which was very good and comfortable. Good bed, great facilities and nice neighborhood,

In the new location, we liked everything. Small or not significant matters. We didn't know who and where are the staff but we didn't really needed them, so it didn't matter.

Staffs there are kind and very hospitable. They are always smiling and greeting. We were able to leave our Luggages upon arriving there and before our check in and again upon our check out. We don't have the burden of carrying around our Luggages while we were in the City roaming around. The Location is also good. 3 Stations away from Central Station. There a Grocery in 500m away. All in all. We were happy at the Allure Hotel and of course Amsterdam.

Wifi. Wifi is not that good at all. Sometimes it functions normally but most of the times it is not.

The hotel has a good location, three metro stops from the main station and a 25 minute walk to the main museums and the centre of Amsterdam. The hotel was clean and comfortable with little noise inside and outside. Hotel reception staff were efficient and friendly. we had breakfast on two days and it was basic but there was both hot and cold food available. All appliances worked.

The price was high but lower than other hotels - we did not realise that we had booked in a holiday week.

Good location close to tram and metro station. OK value for money. Bed as ok can cleaned/made every day. The temperature in the room was fine during the night, did not spend time during the day in the room.

Room was small and quite packed (table and chairs were not really usable because of space), but I knew what I was going to get with the photos/description of the room on the website. I stayed in the room on the lower level, so no sunshine, but again, I knew what I would get based on the description of the room.
