It’s easy to find, check in and out is rather simple and fast! The rooms are neat and cozy, basically it’s a good value for the money. Likewise the staff is super helpful and friendly!

Very easy to get to the hotel by bus from Amsterdam Centraal Railway station. Catch Bus no. 21 which is located above the train station on the river side. The hotel is about 50m from Amsterdam Plein bus stop and Bus 21 comes every 10mins.

-Good location, literally in front of bus and tram stops. Near 2 metro stations, fast foods, Febo, Halal Food shops, and groceries. -Clean, nice, modern and well maintained.

The maintenance crew threw our snack bag. It had 3 obviously unopened snacks (xtra large chips, trolli gummy candy and madelaine). Sure we can just buy a snack bag, but when we found out they threw the snack bag, we got to our room very late and cannot buy soon. The snacks are supposed to be eaten when we're high with edibles and truffles. Coincidentally, an important Christmas letter was inside the snack bag. A friend was supposed to send it to me last Christmas but was returned to her address. I met her and got the letter. It is homemade pop up Christmas card + has amazing calligraphy and I never got the chance to see it. They threw our snack bag with obviously unopened snacks but they did not throw the smelly spoiled food inside our room.

The location was really convenient, especially if you're flying in, since the bus stop out front goes directly to the airport. It was very easy to get around from this location by bike and public transportation. I was visiting for the ADE music conference and this was also very close to many of the venues hosting events for it. Getting to the city center was an easy 20 minute bike ride or tram ride, with plenty of bike racks out front. The room was very nice, everything was in good condition, and the staff was always helpful.

The only minor complaint I have would be the sheets not getting changed more often when the room was serviced. My bed was made with the same sheets for most of my stay.

Great hotel, affordable price compared to the rest of the city and excellent location. The hotel is a short tram ride from the city centre (roughly 25 min) and 30 minute bus ride from the airport. Bus/tram stop is right outside the hotel. Self-check in could not be any easier. The rooms are comfortable and the daily room service is great. Varied options for shopping (big supermarket is right across the hotel) and eating/drinking (many kebab shops nearby that stay open until late). I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to explore Amsterdam and you can compromise with a 25 minute commute to the city centre.

Due to the design of the rooms, the double beds are touching the wall in one side, which means that there's no bedside table for one side. If you are a couple and one of you uses the toilet often at night, you might have some difficult decision making ahead of you!

Breakfast was full buffet. I am very satisfied. The location was very convenient. (tram no7 to the center). The amenities were adequate. Room overall clean. The Nespresso machine was a really nice touch. Heating was good too.

I didn't mind the confided space. (I booked a single room) but there was a practical issue when opening the bathroom door because of the narrow corridor: The mattress of the bed was keeping the door from opening and as a result the sheets were taken off the bed. An extra small reading light could be a useful addition maybe.

We stayed 3 days with my husband. Its clean. Room is good enough, rain shower is relaxy, new and big. Reception Yaroslav and Valt was helpful and polite, spoke good English. Coffe machine was a nice plus in the room! Location is good -quite calm and safe, better than in a busy touristic city center. straight bus from Airport stops right in front. Comfy fast trains and buses to the center and other parts of the city. Three supermarket near by, shops and Turkish food restaurants.

would be nice to сlean the mattress from pellets. There is special machines that can clean it easily

Reception guys were helpful in telling me the bus no's to go to Amsterdam Central. Edgar has helped me to restore my phone by taking out the Orange SIM , which got hanged and I had to restart, but did not have the PUK no. Due to his timely assistance I could restart the Indian Sim and get the PUK no for Orange SIM. Wake up call as requested was given at the appropriate time. I was not knowing how to operate the Electric kettle,the lady came and gave me a live demonstration. Room had all the necessary items and coffee and tea bags were refilled every time. Towels were always kept neat and clean, so also the bed. Staff are helpful and courteous.

The coffee pouch was a bit difficult to open for Seniors like me.It can be put in a soft easy to open sachet.
