It is a hotel-student residence. We stayed there because our son is studying at the university and it will be his residence. It is an old factory rebuilt with an industrial style that does not displease. It is modern and has everything you need for a good rest. The room has a Nespreso coffee machine with capsules that are replenished when the room is cleaned, bottled water, and tea. It has a safe and shower gel and soap. The mattresses are excellent. Location is very good, 3 minutes walk from the center. It has washing machines with detergent included and dryers on the ground floor. In the common areas there is a pool table, gym and foosball game. It has a large and comfortable cafeteria and a reading area for common use. The students do not disturb the rest since they are in another part of the building, however in the common areas we did not see any noisy students and they were all respectful and polite. Although the price is somewhat high, it is worth it. We will be back

If you go in hotel mode everything is perfect, in student residence mode, we did not like that the first day my son entered the residence, the kitchens were not clean so he had to wait until night to be able to use them or place the things he bought in the fridge. The first day he had to eat and dine in a restaurant. For being one of the most expensive residences, these are flaws that could have been foreseen, although it is true that the entry of all the students was on the same day and there was a lot of movement of suitcases, parents, some carrying furniture, hangers,... So And everything, my son is very happy with everything, the use of washing machines with integrated detergent at no cost and having free bicycles are very positive things, the student environment is excellent.

Hot breakfast was excellent, nice settings and lots of food choices. Loved that breakfast was open up to 11 am on the weekend. Room was great, good space around the bed. Nice bathroom too. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room, with 4 complimentary coffee capsules were definitively a highlight. Roof top bar open until midnight was fantastic.

Ironing board was not in the room, but had to go to next stair case at the ground floor in the washing room to iron my shirts. Would have been great to be able to have one in the room. Pillow cases and bed linen, although clean, looked have done their time; might be time to replace them with new ones.

It was the second time we came to this hotel. Excellent location, clean room, professional and kind staff were the prominent features that we chose it again. It had some minor defects, such as the clogging of the bathroom and sink and the lack of breakfast variety on different days that could be waived considering its many positive points,

the clogging of the bathroom and sink and the lack of breakfast variety on different days that could be waived considering its many positive points. I suggest that, like some hotels that I have seen in other European countries, for the comfort of a large number of travellers with different cultures, water hose should be installed in the toilet.

The hotel and all the surrounding areas are on the grounds of the former ceramics factory. In fact they repurposed what is left of the building. The breakfast was the same as in many other hotels: the bacon was good, the bread choice acceptable, there were eggs and juices and various kinds of coffee available. Pool table available, ping-pong and a piano. Parking in front of the door but costs money.

The shower is quite small, almost impossible to use without making the whole bathroom wet. They have a small display in there showing you how much water you used and how much you help (or rather damage) the polar bears habitat. However, the shampoo is in small plastic bottles. A bit hypocritical. The rooms could have a better sound insulation, you can hear your neighbours quite well. The check-in was outsourced to the client, in case it does not work somebody will help you. Hardest bed ever, like sleeping on wood.

Smooth friendly check in. Quiet location. Reasonably accessible (15-20 minute walk to concert and train locations) 5 mins to the square.. Roof top bar was good but very busy; too small for enough tables with a view for everyone wanting that. Snacks and drinks and service was good. We had a good stay. Happy to use this hotel again.

The matress did give my back issues the first two nights. The shower was slow draining so second person had to wait for a few minutes and be fairly slick to avoid flooding. Only one chair to relax in.

The location is great if you don't mind a 10 min walk to the city centre, the rooms felt more spacious than usual due to the tall ceiling design, the rooms were very clean and the facilities were really good both within the room and downstairs common to everyone.

The elevator services are a bit restricted or lets say, slow. There was only 1 elevator near the reception catering to a lot of guests living in a specific series of rooms. It was always a 5 minute wait along with 3-4 others to board the elevator. Sometimes we would take the stairs but it wasn't always feasible since the steps were relatively tall/steep too. A lot of the crowd seemed to be coming from/going to the rooftop bar, BOLD. Seemed pretty happening, but we never got the time to go check it out.

Good location, about 5 mins walking from the main square, which leads into all the nice bars, shops and points of interest. The hotel is very hip wirh a lot of entertainment points, way more than a typical hotel. It includes a gym and plently of relaxation areas.

The bed was not comfy at all and the room was not really cozy, but rather functional. Also, due to the many many rooms of the hotel, it sometimes took a while to get access to the elevator.

Everthing went so well, this hotel has everything one needs to to have a fantastic stay in Maastricht, the staff in all quaters couldnt do enough for you and are so polite and nothing is a problem especially Matthew from Ireland who gave us alot of info, the location to the centre and market square is very close close approx 15 min walk, the breakfeast was exceptional and very reasonable for what choices you get on offer, the rooms are so user friendly with plenty of space and a comfy mattress to to sleep on after a long day exploring this fabulous laid back city.

Very nice design on the rooms! Loved that my room had an espresso machine, tea, kettle and waterbottles Good security! Rooms, elevators and corridors required keycard! I like that 🙏 The breakfast was amazing, they had something for everyone 🤗 Lots of room for activities, pooltable, table tennis, and dont forget the rooftoop bar (bold) on the 9th floor 👌

The shower drain needed to be cleared, sometimes the wifi got very slow, but its many rooms, so that was expected. 130mbit 😁👌

The staffs are really kind and helpful. The gym is brilliant, too. I especially need to thank the girls at the reception. I was injured during my stay while doing sport. My knees were severely bleeding and the girls kindly helped me to clean and wrap my wound and showed me nearby pharmacies that I can go. At that moment I was very much shocked and scared, and their kind deeds were extremely important to me and help me went through that tough hours.

I stayed in this hotel for two weeks. Overall I liked it buy the cleaning staffs are really on my nerve! My room was never as clean as the first day. I have found a pair of old socks next to my bed after my arrival, presumably from the previous guest. They have also left their cleaning utensils once in my room. Also, many times my shampoos and coffee capsules were not refilled. Once, the coffees were refilled but instead of coffee capsules, it's instant coffee (in paperbags). It is okay to "downgrade" the coffee supply, but what is absolutely not acceptable is that one of the bags was halvely opened! The coffee powders were spilt everywhere! The hotel is very nice, but if they don't do something with their cleaning staffs, I will never think of going back to this hotel ever again!
