The room is nice and big, the bed is comfortable and most importantly the view is absolutely stunning. I always enjoy the fact that even thought you’re right in the center of Rotterdam, the hotel is relaxed and calm. I also thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool although it was a bit cold and 2 degrees higher would make it so much more pleasant. The staff is also amazing, when we checked in and arrived to our room, maintenance was working in the room. They apologized with free drinks. Sunday our toilet no longer wanted to flush, and a new room was quickly arranged for us (with a better view!).

The bathroom is small. The shower is cramped and I had a hard time moving in there. One shower was also quick to flood the whole bathroom floor.

This hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms are well-kept. The decor is lovely. Our room overlooked the river/canal, which made it an even nicer stay. The staff are very welcoming and pleasant. The breakfast buffet which was included in our roommate was fresh and had a huge variety. This hotel is located right beside a metro station. It is so easy to get around, even to go to The Hague. It is also easy to do a walking tour from this hotel to downtown and see all the main sites in about an hour.

The room has great view to see the inner harbor, exactly as they showed on the website. The hotel is located nearby the metro and tram, very convenient to go anywhere in Rotterdam. Likewise, it is also near the waterbus station, where you can take the boat (waterbus) to visit one of the most famous touristic spot, Kinderdijk, easily.

While the location is grea, there is not so many shops or restaurants in this region. You will need to take public transportation to at least one station before, Beurs, to fetch some food.

I loved everything. This is our second visit to this hotel we love it. The hotel was just across the road from the metro, a short walk into rotterdam centre, and catered to all our needs, not to mention the pool and sauna. The food in the bar/restaurant is amazing. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

The only issue was that the mattress was a little soft for me, but that was down to personal preference. No other complaints.

I really, really de-test the shower. It is an out door shower, placed in a hotel room. No shower curtain and no door. Every time you bath the entire bathroom is fulled to water sometimes running into the actual room. We had to take the to place on the floor ro help keep the plan dry. Then the door to the bathroom and toilet does not close and have a big hole in for style. This makes no sense at all because when someone is in the toiler doing a #2 the person not in the toilet can smell everything and that is not cool

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The pool was closed, the sauna apparently too, one of the girls in the reception said I could use the facilities after check out too (she told me sauna was after all open), and then when I did the check out I was waiting for around 10 minutes for one of the other girls in reception to tell me that is all closed and if I wanted to I could use the facilities in the other hotel but maybe they would charge me

near everything; good restaurant , good breakfast , a small but nice swimming pool where we relaxed 😎, very big comfortable bed and the view is top. Here I can say that the cleaning ladies were very polite , very professional and they do their job good coz the rooms are always clean, the necessities like tea/coffee , sugar, even the toiletries are all in place and filled everyday .

The reception personnel and breakfast buffet personnel is quite monotonous, needs to render real smile and heart for that job. The plasticity is obvious to be seen. You need to love your job when you are on the hotel business. I recently stayed in a 3 star hotel in Peru, Lima and my dear the reception personnel there is far more better than those in Inntel. They Need to be trained more coz it’s a shame the hotel per se is excellent.

Nice building, pleasant lobby and restaurant, great location. The breakfast was excellent with very good quality produce. There was even smoked salmon, which is rare in hotels.

The mattress was a bit too soft for my liking. I still slept well but a soft mattress is not good for my back. Apart from this, I only have praise for this hotel and would love to stay again next time I'm in Rotterdam.

The location is excellent. Leuevehaven metro station is right outside the hotel which makes travelling around very easy. The bed is really comfortable. Large walk in shower. Waterfront rooms have superb view of the river. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Tea and coffee supplies could be more generous and would prefer china not paper cups.

The Wedding Party on the 15th Floor the first night but we got complementary breakfast for our stay & that saved us €200! Could not fault the hotel.
