Very typical "Netherland-ish" BOUTIQUE style hotel in that it is cute, charming, and quaint. There is an elevator (lift), albeit a small one (standard for a hotel of this size). The room was spacious, only slightly awkward with two steps leading up to the bed. I peeked into another room while housekeeping was cleaning and saw steps that led DOWN to the bed. Some rooms even appear to have a small , cute outside patio/balcony . Breakfast was adequate with a choice of juices, coffee, teas, fruit, bakery items, cheeses, and you could even have an egg cooked to your liking, consider covering all breakfast items as there were gnats flying around.. Again, it was incredibly quaint and charming and clean. I would stay here again. The staff was always friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean. I loved sitting in the breakfast area eating and just listening to the mellow, laid back jazzy music being played. The outside dining area is exceptionally cute!!!

1. Stronger water pressure in the shower!! 2. An iron and ironing board IN the room, not down in the launderette. 3. As a foreigner, we are accustomed to WASHCLOTHS in the bathroom, not just hand towels and towels, please consider having WASHCLOTHS available. 4. Extra bathroom amenities would be nice (bar soap, shower caps, cotton balls, vanity kit, etc.) 5. The excess of steep, narrow steps on ALL highways and to go between floors was a bit shocking and DEFINITELY not for those with ANY type of mobility issues!!! And not for the elderly/physically challenged. I was okay, but would be concerned with anyone else who would have difficulty navigating the steps......definitely not for the elderly.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful; I had the impression they really cared about guests and helping them have a good time in Rotterdam. They handled a small tech problem caused by my current adapter with good humor and efficiency. Breakfast was ample and varied, served in a pleasant cafe area. My room was comfortable and (except for footsteps overhead) quiet. The hotel has a hip, designed vibe without being exclusive.

The hotel is quite a hike from many locations in Rotterdam (the hotel is near the museum area); I found the Metro easy to use, but would have preferred a more central location. Many of the cafes on the shopping street nearest the hotel took only PIN cards, so options were limited for those who can't get such cards. On the other hand, for a place a bit off the beaten track, on a pleasant residential street, the hotel is ideal.

Location was central + close to train station which was a plus! Rooms were spacious, the shop was amazing and the food looked really good (although we didnt end up eating at the hotel)

The first impression unfortunately left a bad taste in my mouth, upon arriving (around 2.10ish) we were told we were "very early for check-in and that you cant check in until after 3pm, unless you pay additionally". We offered to wait in the lobby instead of paying the fee or dropping our bags, and after 10min where told we could check-in. I understand the check-in policy, however it seems a bit unnecessary to charge an additional fee, for less than 1hr of early check in

Supernova Hotel is such a cute place! we loved the decoration, so stylish! our bedroom was lovely, with gorgeous bathroom, comfortable bed and huge window! it includes a desk area and coffee machine. Breakfast area is lovely and the food was too good, so yummy and they offer a huge variety. they have parking outside the hotel and a private one that you need to pay. Near to center city, good walk. Workers are amazing, 10/10! Always smiling, friendly and gentle. thank you to all of them for being so good with us!

Very beautiful hotel, interior design goals! We stayed in a triple room and found it had plenty of space a double bed, single bed, sofa and large table and chairs. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was very powerful. Location wise, it's a bit out of the centre but only a 15-20 minute walk to most things. There are several tram and bus stops nearby and a metro station about 6 mins walk. For us it was the perfect base for exploring and we had the best weekend.

Minor gripe with the TV as it was quite slow and crashed a few times... but we got there in the end. You can only use the TV apps. I think you could plug in a phone/laptop with a HDMI cable if that's your thing.

the almost see through bathroom where you can hear everything, felt quite awkward as 2 friends travelling together, also pushing around heavy baggage after a tiring journey up around 10 steps of stairs wasn’t fun - also after checking in early for €15 (never heard of this before and was quite surprised) found an empty bottle in the room which hadn’t been cleaned and wondered what the €15 was even for?

Smooth design, sharp clean room, perfect AC, beautiful bathroom with a great shower. Toiletries were very nice too. Deep dark room with the drapes. And the whole hotel is just cute. We appreciated the bar and small shop.Even the coffee they serve is amazing. What else could we do than just recommend this place. Got to love the staff too. And of course the bicycles can be rented, that was just amazing what it did for us. Much appreciated stay.

The surroundings of the bathroom sink gets wet

All of the staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. It makes a massive difference to the experience. We left our luggage on arrival so we could explore the city before checking in after 1500. The receptionist gave us a a map and recommended some places to visit as well as giving us a couple of free museum tickets. The bed was super comfy, the room quiet and had everything we needed. There was no hurry to checkout the next day and the whole experience felt excellent value for money.

We didn’t have breakfast the next day as it was too expensive for us, instead we found coffee and pastries elsewhere. Perhaps the hotel could offer 2 levels of breakfast, the full on experience or a cheaper smaller version?

Supernova Hotel is really super! Perfect location (close to city center, buses and trams very near), clean and new, comfortable modern rooms, equipped with everything you need for a stay (and even much more - we had gramophone and records in the room), marvelous bathroom, balcony with city view and relaxing chairs, where you can drink your morning coffee in the shadows of the ancient buildings around. What is also perfect is the staff of the hotel - very supportive, friendly and smiling, ready to help. They are a real treasure! The hotel offers bycicles, which are very nice and new. We would definitely stay in that hotel on our next visit to Rotterdam. This is the best hotel in Rotterdam, we have ever stayed since now! Thank you!

Everything was excellent, from arrival to departure, the location, the building, the interior design, the staff, the breakfast, the special food/wine nights in the bar downstairs, everything. Rotterdam and The Netherlands generally is wonderful. Spent 5 nights there could easily have spent longer.

The only thing that went wrong was the drain in the wetroom/bathroom was a bit slow/clogged, and this caused a minor flood on the first day. But the hotel staff fixed this very quickly.
