The suite was HUGE! I wish I could have stayed more than 1 night The bed was super comfortable and towels extra fluffy. The walk in rain shower is amazing and a lovely design. There was a large sitting area with window lounge overlooking the square . It is noisy facing onto all the bars and restaurants, but as soon as a closed with window it almost disappears. The fruit tea was delicious and the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion all smell great! The conditioner even worked on my hair, which hotel products never do! The self check in wasn't working for the Monument Hotel so the staff had to assist 2 other people arriving first, there was a little wait but nothing major and the staff were very friendly.

Manzo's Suites offers a perfect blend of comfort. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities. The location is ideal for exploring Zaandam and nearby attractions. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a memorable stay. The on-site restaurant is a culinary treat. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay!

There were a couple of minor issues. The proximity to local restaurants meant that evenings could get a bit noisy, which might be a concern for light sleepers. Additionally, breakfast service doesn't start until 9am, which might be inconvenient for early risers or those with a busy schedule.

The rooms are clean and well-equipped and look exactly like in the photos and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly! The Tv comes with chromecast and the bath has jacuzzi settings. Location is also good with lots of shops and bars/restaurants nearby and less than 30 minutes to amsterdam centre

The suites are situated above a bar/restaurant and the music was very loud and can be heard in the room that I was staying in. The wifi was also a little bit slow.

We were greeted on arrival by a lovely staff member who was so attentive and made us feel so welcome, she even offered to put our luggage in our room for us so that we didn't have to come back to do it ourselves before reception closed. The room exceeded our expectations, It was so much bigger than it looked on the photos. We loved the seating area near the window. The restaurant/ bar downstairs had a lovely vibe too, English translation of food menus would have made it a little easier.

It would have been good if there was a kettle in the bedroom rather than having to leave and go to the lobby area, but I also understand that may have made the space a little crammed.

The room was very spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked really well.

Though the hotel is located in the same area where the bars and clubs are located, there was isolation that reduced the noise so it is not unbearable (you can still hear some noise, but did not interrupt our sleep). Anyway, the location is good if you consider it is also close to the stores and the train station.

The room and place was amazing and great location in Zaandam, close to metro and attractions. Let bed the coffee machine in the lobby and the room/bathroom was stunning

Quite a bit of street noise being in the restaurant street of Zaandam but also expected I guess. A little annoying having to ask for the coffee beans to be topped up, empty the ground beans as well as top up the water almost everyday, this was only annoying as there is staff everyday that could manage that in the lobby. The wifi could be better

The breakfast was fulfilling. It worths every penny. The room was amazing, it had a safe too. It was cleaned daily and the towels were changed too. The location is great, it's relatively close to Zaandam Station. There are several restaurants in the same street. We would definitely go back.

They forgot to empty the trash bin after the guest before us. Maybe the breakfast could be a bit earlier. You can only have it from 9 am, which is late if you want to visit two museums the given day. So, you can't start your day in Amsterdam before 11 am.

it s close to the train station, buss station, market, restaurants, my room was nice and big, all clean, a little bit noise from the restaurants that are in front of the windows, but i used earplugs and it was all perfect, the bad thing is if you don t have good knees the stairs are hard to use! take the brakefast, it was grate!

It is straightforward to reach and a beautiful hotel in the famous Dam square. The interior is completely renovated, and the rooms and furnishings are new and clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the shower part is made of glass, adding beauty to the room. The reception is open until 21, and it is possible to rent it on Booking.com at an affordable price. You can use its back door and also it is reachable from the restaurant under it. I recommend that you do not overlook this detail

The only bad thing is that they take a 150 Euro cash deposit at the entrance, and if you follow the hotel rules (not smoking, not damaging your belongings), they return it. This is a bit annoying. I recommend that you do not overlook this detail

The Spa and the amount of space we had in the room. Extra chairs for lounging were good too.

No fridge, no teaspoons or small plates. The lack of a big wardrobe was a bit of an issue for us too. One of the buttons on the spa was not working either.
