Very clean, comfortable, warm room. Lots of sky tv options, great location. Close to grocery store and a couple of restaurants.

I stayed in an upstairs room, the parking spot for the upstairs rooms is quite literally on the other side of the property. On the double bed were 2x single size electric blanket but with the way the room was set out I could only heat one side of the bed due to there not being a close enough power point for the other side. Not a big deal as I was there solo.

We had a Double Studio. Clean facilities and very friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Good value for the money. Thank you for having us.

Nothing to dislike at this price-point. Just to be aware that the non-family rooms have no kitchen sink or dish washing facilities, as I understand it. Plates, glasses and cutlery is provided however, and cleaned by the chamber maid. If you want to cut a loaf of bread or have a proper coffee, bring a knife and a cafetiere. Microwave was provided.

Room was very nice and clean. Looked like it had been freshly refurbished. The room had everything we needed and we were more than happy. As I knew we weren't going to arrive prior to the check in close off, Ray kindly advised which room we would be in and left the keys in the room. Clear and speedy communication which was much appreciated. Was about a ten minute drive in peak traffic to the Bruce Mason Centre. Great place to stay if you have an event on there

It was a bit noisy. We were on the ground floor and could hear the upstairs room showering, talking and walking around. There was also alot of condensation. The windows and doors were very wet in the morning. The headboard was quite noisy anytime we moved, but the bed itself was comfortable

I was lucky to find a room at a good price in the last minute late at night. The person at the desk was very helpful and nice when he was showing me where the room was located and the designated car park for my room. The room was cozy with heat pump and electric blanket on each side of the bed. I did not use the wifi but there was free wifi available. The room was on the second floor and was not as noisy when the rain was pouring at night. The location is very easy to find and close to the motorway.

Eaverything was clean but because the floor was not carpet, I could feel a lot of dust and little crumbs getting sticking on under my feet. Not a big issue though.

The owners allowed us to check in early they were so hospitable and so lovely. The unit was absolutely perfect so clean and the little kitchen was complete. I would definitely highly recommend 👌 it. It's family friendly, we stayed for 3 nights and it was little a family holiday although we had booked it for convenience of being close to a family funeral.

Comfortable room. Electric blankets were most welcome because the weather was cold. We loved the shower head in unit 8 - lovely flow. We liked the floor. New trendy planking where there used to be carpet. Made the place look great. The owner was happy and welcoming and most obliging. We've stayed there before and will stay there again.

It is an ordinary roadside motel which fitted our needs to be staying close to family for one night. It was very clean, quiet, the family size room was spacious for just the 2 of us and the manager was polite and obliging with our small requests.

Would have liked a softer pillow !

The location was great for what we were there for and was easy to access. Beds were comfortable. Wifi was really good.

The floors were not very clean when we arrived, put my shoes back on because of it. Could do with a lick of paint, looks a little worn out.

Nice big room. Comfy beds. Air conditioning.

Although the photos show the rooms have sinks with the kitchen equipment ours didn't. That meant we had to wash plates and cutlery in the washbasin in the bathroom which is right next to the toilet.

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Good heat pump. Close to local restaurants (15 min walk to some decent Asian food). Quiet, restful stay (had an early call time so a good night sleep was essential and I got it).

Shower took a long time to get hot, then difficult to regulate comfortable temperature. Room was a bit old and bathroom needs to be redone at some point (Moldy areas clearly painted over).
