Clean, modern decor, good size room, had everything.we needed, nice front counter staff. Great location for Northshore hospital, where we visited family, as only a short walk across the road, so could leave car at hotel basement parking which was reasonable price $15 per day. Will definitely stay here again.

Could hear kids running iup and down the hall way for about 20 minutes but wasn't too late so ok, and the sound of whirring wind either coming up through the vents or around the building at about 3.30am which woke me up briefly as I didn't know what the noise was.

Everything that we needed was available, including the kitchenette. Secure parking was good. Location was good for our personal objectives

This small Studio was certainly not value for money, we have stayed in many hotels in Auckland and many Quest accommodations in NZ. Additional charges for parking not justified, it should be free in this not value-for-money tariff. The curtain in the shower area was not effective as the whole floor outside the shower area became wet after shower which was quite annoying.

Great place to stay on the Shore for the night. The room was clean, tidy and quiet. Nice to have a small table, 2 chairs and an armchair as well rather than having to sit on the bed. The shower was a good size and great pressure. Overall a good room for 2 people. Secure parking under the hotel was good. The bonus was the staff at reception told us on arrival about the restaurants available within 5-10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. A quick walk across the road and we had a lovely Thai meal without having to drive anywhere else and find parking. Would stay again.

She recommended places to dine, groceries etc 2) The housekeeping crew is super fast and efficient 3) The complete kitchen makes it easier to heat up or cook simple meals 4) Quite close to Goodside for dining as well as Count Down, PAK N Save for groceries 5) Car parking outside is free

1) Dishwasher a bit too low 2) Not enough detergent for laundry

Just a thought - the swipe card reader for the basement is almost impossible to reach without having to get out of the car. Perhaps it could be extended slightly ? That would also negate (almost) hitting the concrete edge underneath it ??

The free movies were good!! The personalized welcome note on the TV, the elevator right down to the basement to pick the car up. 10/10 would stay here again! :)

Always an incredible experience at this quest location. Everything is always incredible, staff are so amazing and always have a smile. Partner went in for surgery 5 minutes up the road so it was the perfect spot to stay the night before, and for me to be close by if needed . The bed is amazingly comfortable and the style of the room is so nice! Wanted to put the gorgeous green chair in my bag and take it home! Returning to auckland in 6 weeks so will be booking again!

The only thing would be next time I’d prefer to stay closer to Auckland city but that’s more my fault for booking a bit farther out.

what they pack into this room is excellent. kitchen area with cooktop, small fridge, half dishwasher and appliances and all crockery and cutlery. in the bathroom is a washer and seperate drier. easy to stay for a long vacation. and the area has lots to offer

just a personal thing is I prefer to be able to open the windows however the air conditioning was easy to operate
