Stayed in apartment 17 and it was a pleasant surprise as some of the reviews from previous residents were a bit mixed. Nice high level of cleanliness, very comfortable furnishings and very well fitted out with all the necessary appliances. Well located within easy reach of the city and local amenities.

It would have been nice to have had use of the pool, it was closed off and lacking maintenance. There were very few staff around except for the domestic staff and the reception was not maned at any point during our stay.

Friendly hosts: We were a late book and check in and our host was kindly waiting for us. Complimentary bathroom shampoo and moisturizers are refillable so no disposable plastic for landfill was great to see. Within walking distance to supermarket Comfy beds and pillows Spacious for our group

Cleaners missed some birthday decorations from previous vacationers in the garden and under the bed, but was no biggy

Very large apartment. My reservation was for a 2 bedroom but we were put into a 3 bedroom. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom and great pillows.

Ants, not enough hot water for a shower. Beds and couch were extra firm and hard so couldn't sit for a movie with the family or anything. Needed more coffee, and sugar. Ran out of TP day 1.

Everything except for the TV 😩

TV !! I booked before I got number 9 and that room had a smart tv which was amazing , I can watch Netflix ect but I booked again cause I thought every room got smart tv but sadly not number 6 😩 sooo watch and comercial whole night ☹️. Over all the place lovely tho nice and comfortable staff were kind .

Good location, quiet even though it’s right on a main road. Plenty of off street parking and video surveillance of the car park which makes it feel secure.

The office is closed at the moment and all the staff are working out of another location in Auckland, which isn’t mentioned anywhere when booking. There were no instructions on how to check in, thankfully I had emailed them for another reason and asked how we go about checking in.

Cleaners were really good and very helpful. There for a week, so good size kitchen and lots of kitchen and personal storage space was appreciated. Lovely space to stay in.

No scissors or sharp knife. Cut myself twice trying to open packets, so purchased plasters, scissors and sharp knife. Used to recycling rubbish but couldnt find recycle bins.

Convenient position. Unit in excellent condition, modern fittings, clean and tidy, had everything needed.

Checkin was by phone when you got there which relied in having a working phone. Minor ussue but seemed odd not appearing to have fully manned reception for the size of the place.

Location was good and handy to Smales Farm. Check in was easy, a little late so contactless to check in and out, so didn't see any staff but was easy.

The bathroom lights constantly flickered so wasn't able to use the mirror to get ready. Latch on bathroom window broken so when I opened it a little I was unable to close it again so it was cold and draughty. I didn't have a car but found someone had parked in the spot for my room which was noisey and annoying.

It was super clean. Well set out, value for money and I loved that they had a lock box to pick up the key when we came in after hours. I told them I have allergies and the importance of a clean room and it was perfect. PS the pillows on the bed were super comfy.

Clean and Tidy

The only disappointment was TV reception was very random and poor sometimes randomly esp. on the sky channels. Not ideal when halfway through a movie the reception randomly and suddenly gets very bad etc.
