Excellent staff, friendly and helpful Clean Lovely room Nice size Excellent location for us, booked especially to go to Jo Koy show so was easy and close walking distance to the venue Nice bathroom and shower We will definitely stay again when planning to do a Costco run as we live up in the far north

Internet dropped out quite a few times as we were right at the end of the building furthest away from reception No microwave in the room or plates, crockery etc That's fine if dining out or using their restaurant etc but late nighttime and only maccas open we wanted to eat our food in the room, but asking the receptionist when getting back to the hotel she allowed me to use the microwave in the cafe bit, which was very muchly appreciated!!

The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were lovely. The staff were very polite. Perfect size room and located near everything you could need. Restaurants, takeaways, shopping centre and mall etc

I didn’t know about the breakfast option. It would be nice to have a rubbish bin near the coffee station or under the desk near the window. The plug in the sink wouldn’t stay open and I would have to use my hand to hold it up so the sink would drain.

Great rooms and bedding. Excellent size bathroom. Good storage. Close to many food outlets. Shopping mall close by too.

Noise from busy road all night. Will bring ear plugs next time. Being on 3rd level, quite a mission taking gear up and down. Will pack smarter next time.. Be great to have spare roll of toilet paper... offer more than 1. Sad we couldn't use courtyard to walk over and visit friends staying. Only ground floor room have access to courtyard...

Squealy noise sound coming from toilet after flushing Reception didn't hold $1 coins on site for washing and dryers, so annoying

The room was basic but very tidy and clean. The bathroom was small but clean and useable. I enjoyed the sky movies and sports on tv and the bed was fairly comfy, the young lady on reception was also really nice and professional,

If i have to picky...there wasnt enough milk in the fridge for two coffees and you could hear next door pretty easily, the breakfast was also a poor option for $15, we were going to get it but decided against it as its not really value for money.

Great location, plenty of shops/food walking distance. Unit is always clean, room is serviced every morning with fresh towels and bed made. Tea and coffee refilled daily also.

Would be nice if the rooms had maybe a microwave and toaster for those that just want a little breakfast or night snacks in the room, not just a kettle. Also needs kitchen sink

The location was really good because we came from Australia to attend my nephews daughters wedding. The travel time from nephews place was only 15 minutes. Thete was no disturbance or noice at all. Very peaceful and quite.

More milk for my tea and coffee. I do use more milk compared to others.

Location spacious rooms. Coming back and room was nice and clean. Cool little deck area to sit outside and just relax.

Would be nice to have microwaves in the rooms not having to pay $30.00 to have 1 brought in for the duration of your stay and also tables and chairs to sit and eat at in the rooms aswell.

The room was big with 2 large comfortable beds, the bathroom had a bath and shower, it was a lovely spacious room

Could of had a microwave and some plates/ cutlery, as we had takeaways with nothing to eat it with, also there was nothing to wipe the kitchen bench with so we had to use a flannel.

Close to everything we needed to go to. Lovely Welcome at Reception. Our room located ground floor. Loved the Pillow service will definitely use again. Have stayed several times & the room for my daughter & I was probably the best stay we’ve had.

Noisy air con & fridge. There was a humming noise coming from next door or thereabouts sounded like a dryer. Beds were ok could do with a upgrade.
