breakfast was plentifull and varied, the yoghurt and peach provided was a pleasant surprise and I really liked the bread.Strawberry jam had real strawberries and there was plenty of it. The bathroom air disipator lasted for a sensibly long period of time. The curtain separating the kitchen was well placed. Finally I was v. gratefull that my hosts put my passports and some money to one side for me, very gratefull.Also Bryan privided some very important maps, without which I would have had great difficulty in carrying out the main purpose of my trip.

Hostess individualized our breakfast with providing both soy milk, skim milk, rye bread, oj for us as well as yogurt as we asked for. Very kind & beneficial for both our diets & desires. Definitely enjoyed this! Thank you!

Location site closer to downtown Auckland but very quiet & comfortable with many extras, such as kitchen pans, spices, to allow us to make our own individual meals and sleep well. Thank you!

The check-in was very uncomplicated and everything was explained to us in detail. The hostess was very nice and accommodating. The room is very large and clean. Also at check-out we were helped with the suitcases and our garbage (we had a lot of garbage because it was our last day in New Zealand) was taken over and disposed of by the host. In general, I can only recommend this BnB.

Excellent informative hosts, breakfast provided in room everyday to adhere to COVID regulations, property was spotlessly clean and hosts have clearly gone above and beyond with little touches to make stays as comfortable and memorable as possible.

Location for us wasn't a problem as we had a car, but may be out of the way for others looking to be closer to Auckland

Great attention to detail - everything had been thought of. The bed was the most comfortable we'd ever slept in - so much so that I asked the host after our stay for the brand and make of the mattress and pillows and because of the extremely comfortable bed (and extremely comfortable pillows), we have now updated our own mattress and pillows! The room and our own living area were very spacious and had the bathroom to ourselves as no other guests were staying at the same time as us.

LushandCo was able to provide a room for me at very short notice. Margaret also called to talk me through accessing the property as she and Brian were due to go out. Beautiful, spacious room. Crisp linens. Lovely breakfast. Friendly and inviting shared spaces. Will definitely stay again.

Great spot to stay for a couple of nights! Breakfast was provided by the host - they left peaches, yogurt and juice in the fridge and a selection of fresh muffins, crossaints and toast. Gorgeous garden wrapping around the property!!

Lovely, friendly hosts, plenty of food provided, fresh towels, free parking, comfortable, firm mattress.

Room had exposed pipes and electrical cords, pencil markings on walls from renovations, and fluorescent lights, all of which isn't really a problem, except they're not the coziest.

Really nice hosts. Appreciated the extra treats with breakfast on the last day.

Nothing. But missed not being able do have breakfast with the hosts (thanks Covid).
