The manager Ichiro-san was so friendly and helpful, taking time to show us around and explain the things around and inside the motel (I think he was doing it to each and every guest!), he even upgraded our room on arrival! The location was simply superb - open the backdoor, the stadium is right there! I was with my son and didn't want to walk around late after the event at the stadium, so this place gave us such comfort and safe feeling. The room was nice and spacious, very clean and comfortable and free secure parking is another good deal in Auckland. The location and the communication with Ichiro-san made our trip so much nicer and special. We would love to come back again when we go to Auckland :-)

Check in was a breeze & staff kindly checked us in earlier as we were booked for a Weta tour & wanted to ditch our vehicle to use public transport to Weta. Parking always seems like a luxury in Auckland which is why we booked here plus being so close to the train station. This location is very hard to beat. Great foodie scene in the area. Eden Park had a big game on & we actually didn't really hear it. Our vehicle was secure. Room was spacious & bed comfy. Basic kitchen facilities which was all we needed.

Only down side was our bathroom didn't lock. It's more to do with the fact that the door wouldn't stay shut. Other than that, everything else was superb.

LIttle bit of noise from other guests. Nothing the proprietor could do anything about really but it is partly inevitable given the layout of the place. Not a major at all. Also, personally I'm not a big fan of arriving and having to phone someone to arrange check in, but it actually was really efficient and not a problem in the end. So just me being old fashioned.

Excellent location. I was in Auckland for Shine Training. Very convenient. Plenty of places to eat and drink a short walk away. Staff were very happy and a pleasure to deal with. I called the owner after my stay for a IRD reciept and they emailed me one in 5Mins. Would definitely recommend Asure to anyone attending the Shine training

A cute small Motel close to Eden Park. Friendly staff and very clean and loved that they cleaned rooms daily. Brilliant location, parking available and handy to train station, walking distance to restaurants. Value for Money will definitley stay again for work, not sure if they have rooms for families but would stay here if they did.

N/A Did try to extend my stay for 2 more nights as my family were joining me, unfortunately there was no spaces but would definitely stay here as a family if they have bigger rooms

Immaculately clean with the friendliest reception guy who made me feel very welcome and was very helpful. Plenty of kitchenware etc and toiletries provided too. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants etc. As it's right next door to Eden Park it can get noisy when there is something on.

The hotel is very well located for public transportation into the CBD. The bus stops right outside and a train station is directly across the street. Our room had thoughtful storage with 2 pull out shelves on which to place our luggage instead of putting it on the bed or floor.

High traffic area

The room was large and clean, and had great facilities in the kitchen (dishwasher etc). The bed was large and very comfortable and shower had good water pressure. In a fantastic location for events at Eden Park and close to cafés and restaurants in Kingsland.

The room was a little dated.

I received a lovely welcome from staff and shown my room and facilities,if l needed anything,l only had to ask,nothing was any trouble to them. The location was close to cafes etc and l wasn't far to spend time with my friend in Mt Eden road. Would come back and stay again. Thank you 😊

A little noisy and the light from hallway and outside shining in.

The Host when we arrived greeted us gave us all the information we need to know. He was more than helpful. Great location did not have to take car into the city Caught the train right across the road from Eden Park Motel. The price is excellent And very clean motel.
