Room was good, clean and tidy. Minor annoyance was what sounded like something dripping on to the air con's external cabinet. It wasn't raining, so not sure where it came from. It was intermittent, and a tad annoying. I didn't mention it to staff at the time, so they had no opportunity to check/remedy.

Advertised as having a gym. Gym was closed due to much of its equipment being broken/damaged. Staff weren't aware of this when I queried gym availability. Didn't seem to be a recent development, and the X-trainer seemed and sounded seized. There was a sign at the far end of the gym, saying the gym was closed, citing broken equipment. The gym door was open during gym hours, but clearly was more like a storage room for broken gym equipment. One of the reasons for chosing this location was the gym. Disappointed.

We stayed for 8 nights. Our room was on the second floor and the back entrance to the hotel made it easier to access the carpark. Room was serviced daily and was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Liked the fact that there was a laundry room making it easy to get my laundry done. Food at the restaurant was exceptional. Close to Motat, the zoo and the city. Shops are just a few metres away so a nice walk. My daughter loved the pool.

Pool was a bit chilly for the winter months but didn't bother my daughter and husband. Gym didn't have pins to use the cables. Bed was a bit hard for my liking but not a biggie.

Everything was good. Staff were good. Operations Manager was fantastic. We had a short stay in Auckland with my family. The venue was well suited for us. The location was good, parking and service was good.

I have just moved my family home to NZ with work and am still using my Australian driver's licence. I was also not carrying my passport. When we arrived (after a long drive) I was almost turned away by the desk clerk (I had pre paid in full). I almost walked out before the Operations manager said they could use my Australian driver's licence was fine. We are greatful for the ops manager. Other than that introduction all other things whike there were nice. Thank you.

Good location, close to a major bus route. Relatively quiet - no street noise Not bad value for money Parking, which is why I chose this over the inner city AirBnb options

Everything is pretty poor quality, so our recently refurbished room was already looking tired, and will soon in a pretty poor condition. The bathroom fan is very quiet, but it is also extremely ineffective - maybe invest in shower domes. Some furniture was wobbly and well on its way to breaking - we repaired the chair. The bowl basin in the bathroom was mounted on a standard height vanity, so it was very high and not user friendly. The gym was closed due to a leaky ceiling and equipment that was in a rather suboptimal condition.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in and out was quick and easy. The room was immaculate. I see there was air-con, something to remember if I return over the summer. Relaxed dining and good selection on menu.

The shower was only tepid. room 808. I was going to mention it at checkout, as someone usually asks how the stay was, but they didn't, and I forgot. No info in rooms, I had to google to find out what time the dining room was open and the menu. Still unsure if they did breakfast, so I ate out. I might have done more in the area, and possibly stayed another night if I knew what was nearby. Did visit the zoo before traveling on.

Area of the hotel, very central to my conference, to shopping mall etc. The room was nice and clean. Handy parking, great shower, best mince on toast for breakfast. Check in was easy, check out also. I felt safe and secure. Front desk very obliging and helpful.

Toilet kept filling all night every night, so after 3 days it got very annoying. After first day my room was serviced but next days I had to ask for towels. Each time I returned to my room I had to get my room key card validated as it would not open my room door, a bit annoying after a 3 day stay.

id would come again as i liked the ease of location and the speed to get on the motorways. Also liked the ease of connection to restaurants etc. Liked the decent comfortable bed and especially the shower head. major good thing for me was the ease of parking and not having issues with this. Also unloading car etc as i was on the groundfloor. this i liked and would do again. I didn't get to use the facilities as i stayed only one night but will next time. good value for money as others are overpriced and not worth it

The location is amazing, within walking distance to nice cafes and shops and a 15 minute walk to Westerns Springs park. The rooms were a comfortable size for two adults and a child and it was great value for money.

The wifi was terrible in the room we had across from the main building. We asked about it and the staff didn't seem to know anything about the issue or how to solve it. They probably need to look into upgrading the access points for the rooms across the road from the main building.

We only needed accommodation for a night, for 12 people, and it was perfect for us! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, couldn't really fault anything.

Considering our one night stay, we didn't really have much to complain about. Our only thing was that the gym was not available, as some of our group our keen CrossFit and gym addicts. Parking is a free for all, but nothing too major. A little irk was those in the pool are in view, as the pool is within the building, where some rooms are directly around the pool.

The room was very tidy. Awesome staff came round to change rubbish and towels. Staff was lovely. Air con in room was great. And was also great to have facilities to clean dishes

Shower and ceiling were slightly dirty from mold. Might have to have a deep clean before another person stays. wifi was a little dogdy in the room so had to switch to phone data a bit. Also checked out at 5am and was going to have a shower before leaving and there was no hot water in shower. Not sure why.
