Veronica and Milly on reception and the housekeeping staff were fantastic, so helpful and accommodating. We ended up having two stays in the same week! First stay we had a 1 bd "study" apartment which was facing the pub side and really quite large as it had a separate area with a desk. The second stay we had a 1 bd forest apartment which was a little smaller, really cozy but had a slightly larger bathroom and walk in closet. Both were great, nice and quiet with everything we needed.

Only thing missing was a full length mirror, that would be a great addition.

It was beautiful, inside and out, really liked the open indoor courtyard, the quality of the furniture and the amenities, the two sliding doors between the bedroom and the lounge to the same deck was awesome. The beautiful scenery of the north island bush, hearing the running water of the creek, wild birds like morepork and crickets all from the balcony was very soothing and calming.

There was only four sachets of sugar, you could feel the nails from the carpet joinery by the bedroom door, and no deck chairs to enjoy the beautiful scenery and ambiance. It would've added to the homely vibes.

facilities are all up to date! — such a beautiful view and although it’s giving that new modern touch it also has everything you need! I loved the dryer/washer — full kitchen — sound proof vibes, home away from home aura 😍 honestly the customer service (jean in particular) so homey & warming! also ++++ seaming less experience from beginning (key in locker) to check in to END! (good bye greetings late check out — thank you!

More information on appliances. Was not sure how to operate dishwasher, oven etc. Wasn't sure about the servicing of the apartment. Was expecting a tidy up in the 8 nights I was there but only offered a full clean on the second day I was there. More information about this would have been beter

It was spacious and clean, their was a great little playground and play area for our kids the staff were lovely, beds comfy and everything we needed in the apartment. We loved it. One of the cleanest apartments we have stayed in and we travel alot. Wish it was in the city so we could stay more often, we don't go to Northshore often enough but will always stay here when we do.

This was an excellent location with all the facilities that a four year old building can offer. In excellent condition with all the modern appliances.. Excellent linen and floor covering. Very Clean and the walls were unmarked.

The Smart television was a disaster, here in New Zealand we expect the language on the screen to be in English as thats what we speak here, The text and language on You-Tube was all in Japanese, what a crock. We could not receive any of the Free to Air TVNZ channels so the TV was a wash out.

Most places the same skimping on coffee pods.we got 4 pods for 2 people for 2 days.Milk in carton but no knife or scissors to open it.Small issues but annoying when U away.Wont put us off as we now know what to expect.But a cheap fix to make stay even bette.overall great place.and pub food top notch

Somehow they don’t give you more than 1 key even if multiple people staying at the room and it’s annoying if you go out separately and don’t want to return to the room together

Such a comfortable and roomy space! I could not have asked for a better experience. The daily sprucing up was impeccable; new linens as needed, freshened all spaces, refill for coffee and tea. This was a peaceful space and walkable to my venue for my conference. Plenty of fine places to grab a bite within walking as well. Great stay!

No complaints!

I love the location, it's secluded yet close enough to restaurants and eateries. 15 min drive to Long Bay regional park and was awesome. The staff was so welcoming, check in was smooth, and the apartment is so comfortable.

The floor was vinyl and was somewhat oily but it's not bothering me too much.
