What a lovely little place, it was so clean and tidy and all of the amenities were there. Great to see books to read and the stereo with a few CD's to listen to, and the TV with freeview was excellent. Nice and handy to Coromandel town, where everything is within walking distance, we highly recommend this place and we would stay again.

Just the step in through the ranchslider into the house, as a very large gap so we did trip up over it a couple of times. There is a sign however, that warns you about the step so just need to remember to look at it.

We did not want to leave the Coromandel Cottage. Why would you ever leave this place? So comfortable, homey, well set up and provisioned. Absolutely beautiful location with fantastic views. Very comfortable bed with lots of extra bedding. This place is so well organised, that, for example, there is underfloor heating in the bathroom, in addition to the towel warmers and heat lamps.

This place was so terribly beautiful and well-located that we did not want to leave. We did not go sightseeing, we just stayed home and enjoyed it. Ok, the weather wasn't great, but that just made the Cottage feel all the more cosy.

The accommodation nestled on the waters edge ( some 25 meter from high tide mark). A once in a blue moon scenario of a Tsunami siren piecing the nights quiet ( only found out about it later the next day), a result of the 7.5 earthquake in Taiwan. How do you place this into the Compendium as to what the siren shrill mean ( without scaring the customers away). Some items like the ironing board need replacing rather than haphazardly being repaired ( making it dangerous to use as the hot iron purchased upon the deck ( being unstable) nearly fell off. Some small running repairs.

- Easy to get to coromandel town from the apartment. - Amazing views - Parking was easily available - Great selection of board games for entertainment - Kitchen was really well stocked (lots of utensils, plates, cups, pans etc) - Tidy apartment

- Apartment had signage around regarding being mindful of the use of water due to it being shared by the upper and lower unit via a water tank. Not a negative, but keep this in mind as you need to keep an eye on the water usage especially if going with a larger group (showers, washing dishes etc) - The second bedroom was quite dark and didn’t come with mosquito nets like the master bedroom did - Not much provided in terms of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap). Not a negative but make sure you take your own

This was a wonderful location, overlooking the Wyuna Bay. The views were stunning. This place had a relaxed feel from the time we arrived. We could walk out of the door and into the sea for a swim! We were able to cater for ourselves with the kitchen facilities available and we had plenty of space in the living area. We did not see any staff, but the phone number was available and they were very helpful in returning an item we left behind.

We loved the location, but it is a long way out of Coromandel (too far to walk there for an evening out) and we needed to use our car every day. We would have liked some "swimming" towels to be provided, rather than using the white bathroom ones outside. This is a lakeside property and there were various insects about, so we needed to be careful with the window insect screens.

Great location at the end of the main street, and down a driveway so lovely and quiet. Apartment was nicely furnished, with very comfortable bed and couch, and had everything we could want. The shower was fantastic, and our own access and parking completed the package. We are planning on staying here again.

The house is located minutes away from the shops and beach. Absolutely fantastic location! Equipped with everything you may need, including baking sheets and other tools, it's a spacious quaint quiet accommodation. The team was responsive and had plenty of helpful recommendations.

The heating lamp in the bathroom would break a fuse, so I recommend not turning it on. The backyard flooded a bit during the thunderstorm, but it didn't affect us.

Road a bit dicey to bay, butcouncil improved it whilst we were there. Would have liked more info about things to do locally. Nearly missed the railway for example

Last leg of our roadie after 29 days and this was a great place to finish. Home away from home vibes, very comfy, well thought out amenities, safe, private parking, deck area to enjoy in the arvo/ evenings - everything was perfect for us! Extremely well kept and presented. Easy to clean up before leaving. It was hard to leave.

Bit of street noise as it’s a main road and the most well used public clean toilets across the road. Other than that nothing that would prevent us going back.

Well laid out studio, location suited our purpose and quiet neighbourhood.

For those travelling several weeks from overseas, it would have been nice to have had some drawers/hanging space to unpack clothes etc. Did not see any staff during visit so it was hard to comment.
