We absolutely loved staying here as a family. Everything we needed was right at our doorstep with plenty of fun things to do for our kids including the awesome heated swimming pool with the slide even though it was winter. They also loved the jumping pillow and playground. We also loved the nice covered outdoor areas with bbq right outside the door a nice big lounge a kitchen with plenty of space to relax. Would highly recommend to any family or friends wanting to get away for a night or more. It was such a lovely peaceful place to stay and the staff were also amazing and friendly too.

A group of us were on a motorcycle trip & this was our first time stay in a Top 10. We normally tent it (& were carrying our own eating & cooking facilities) but decided to treat ourselves due to wet & cold weather. Were pleasantly surprised to find that our cabins had plates, cups etc & the shared kitchen had pots/pans etc. Brilliant facilities. And the staff member that greeted us (an Argentinian lass) could not have been more pleasant & helpful to a group of cold, wet, hungry & tired grumpy old men :-) One of us joined Top 10 as a result.

The floors in the shared toilets were wet & covered in grass clippings during our 15 hour stay but otherwise very clean.

Place is such a nice and clean, quiet environment Staff such a caring even worry that I will get cold she came over and greeting us and shut the kitchen door behide her. Thanks Rosie I forgot my favorite warm jackets staff reach us immediately I am not sure which one of staff as it from initial numbers but these 2 names are Rosie and Nicole ^_^ 😀 Thanks for your helps. It was a nice camping ground with a lot of kids around and good people from different countries with kids include Maori or Pacific Islanders. The staff were friendly and relaxed and helpful. So had a bit a talk with one guy. That’s a respectful stay.

Well the room we have booked was a bit small and we had bunk beds as I was traveling with my older daughter. So she was a bit fighting with her mattress on the end.

Very Clean, tidy place overall not just room. Kitchen is exceptional. Laundry and Dryers too! Everything was better than just Good. Will for sure stay again and again. What else you need.

Not that too much of concern, but parking on the side of main road was handy to the cabins we stayed but was bit narrow for two cars to park next to each other. Can not easily accommodate in and out of the car. Bit more space will be great to load and unload too.

Very clean facilities. Kitchen had everything, bathrooms were clean and also included a hair dryer. My late arrival was no problem at all and communication with the reception was very quick and accommodating.

Other guests partied until 1am in the neighboring cabin, but this was not the accommodation's fault.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was a big commotion near the unit we were staying in so they upgraded us to there villa which was exceptional.

The advertising could have been better at describing their cottage units as in my mind they are not a cottage they are units.

Lovely place and friendly stuff. 24/7 contact number. We arrived late and couldn't find our key in the envelope, but had an friendly women who helped us directly.

No key in the late arrival envelope, but as I said we got help quickly and we didn't had to wait long.

Everything catered to our needs on arrival, my daughter was entertained even by the tall bunks , staff, grounds ,were friendly, cheerful ppl to make our trip outstanding highly recommended for families 😁

Pool was little chilly make even better if had a spa , as kids took over pool

Very suitable for families, the standard family cabin is nice and located very close to the shared facilities.

The place is a bit too crowded, frequent queues for kitchen and bathrooms. Security wasn't very good as people are partying till late night and monopolising the parking spaces and outdoor bbq area. The drive to the Hot Water Beach is also quite long and difficult; however if Top 10 Hot Water Beach is fully booked I guess this is the next best option
