Room to move in accommodation. Sky tv gave great entertainment options, lots of activities (some free) for the kids, beds comfy, clean, and super great staff... nothing was a problem and all service with a smile. Totally worth the trip and i will definitely book again. Great place for families. So close to everything including fishing at the beach. Kids loved the activities on offer. Thanks for an awesome holiday!

Toilet door was hard to close, shower curtain too short and washing machine / dryer not efficient as did not spin and dry well. Apart from these fixable issues, great price and so worth the visit! Thanks.

Would have been nice to have a coffee table or something next to couch or chairs for a place to put our drink or something when sitting there and didn't like how we had to drive or walk right round to the front just to access going out across the road to the beach etc would have been nice if there was a gate to access down where we were if we wanted to just go for a walk but besides that we were happy with our stay

Located on the beachfront and within ten minutes drive of both central Nelson and Richmond. Room exceeded my expectations in terms of size, appearance and comfort. Friendly & helpful reception staff as well as a decent on site Cafe.

The only grievance I had was out of the control of the holiday park itself which was other guests not abiding by quiet hours. Granted the site provided out of hours numbers for this, however due to the length of my stay, I opted to not bother.

Nice location and good facilities

It could have had a few more cooking pans/utensils as we were there for a week and was difficult to cook meals. Also maybe a few more outdoor seating as where we were located our neighbours gathered on the bench right outside our window and there was quite a few of them smoking etc and felt quite intrusive right outside the lounge window. And we weren’t able to sit outside

The 'Superior' rooms suited our family well. Everything we needed was available and we were comfortable. It was during the school holidays so there were activities for our children to partake in. The location was also great and close to the beach and other fun activities. We would have liked to have stayed for longer so we could check out more of the surrounding area.

One of the nights the TV (which is run off the internet) kept freezing, but it was a minor inconvenience and didn't last too long.

The 2 bd cabin was perfect. Comfy as bed and pillows. Great set out in lounge kitchen and having separate toilet is always a good thing. Easy walk to beach both ways and short walk to food options if you not cooking. The cafe is very handy and not a bad selection of food. Good kids play area. Great place to watch the planes coming into land.

No swimming pool , which we prefer with kids. And the spotlight outside bedroom window was a little bright but that's not really a big deal when you tired lol

Our whole family group could all stay together and the house was set up well for large groups. Having 2 bathrooms was excellent! We had an event at the conference centre so it was very convenient being able to stay right next door to it. Lots for kids to do around the area too.

A mirror in each bedroom would be good so we could all get ready in our rooms as the bathrooms were often in use. Fan in one of the bathrooms was making a bad grinding sound.

Plenty of playgrounds with different facilities for kids, the apartment we stayed in was great and as described with everything we needed. Close proximity to Nelson city and in a relatively quiet location except during the day they do have planes flying above. They were happy for us to check in slightly earlier.

The cleanliness could improve a bit, some food material was left on the kitchen counter when we arrived.

Great location, walking distance to beach, cafes. Spacious room with good kitchen. Outside area to sit in the sun. Good laundry facilities . Small cafe & takeaway on site.

Only small thing! As a retired couple our unit was right by the children’s playground !!! The gates were locked & opened at reasonable hours tho, so not a problem, unless you wanted a nana nap after lunch🙈

Proximity to beach and seaside walkway. Not far from town .Roomy studio. Comfy beds. Helpful reception staff. Quiet location with views of the mudflats. Outdoor table, trees and grass outside. Wifi easy to use.

These units are due for refurbishment which may be happening soon. Kitchen units had banging doors and drawers (not soft close )so quite loud. Fan heater in room rather dusty otherwise very clean and comfortable unit. Limited kitchen utensils-would have liked a grater and chopping board and a small cutting knife to use. More tv channel options would be nice. Food and drinks choices in cafe seemed to be less healthy options.
