The staff Kalai and Denise is awesome and make me feel like home and if not because of them I would have make complaint and want my money back

The toilet door is so big and narrow hard to navigate and move between toilet and shower. The room is so small and strangely place bed. Overall not value for money at all. I hope management will think of how to improve. The air condition have auto off which I hope shouldn’t be as it’s so stuffy and hot in the room. I thought it’s not working and if not because I’m technical minded enough to realise there is auto timer off settings

I loved the everything about the hotel, the customer service especially the hotel keeping staff were amazing. The area the hotel was based at is incredibly beautiful. The scenery cannot get any better. I will definitely recommend people to book this hotel, but with a window view of the mountain. Me & my partner loved our stay with you.

The only thing about the property would be the parking. There’s not enough parking for everyone who stays at the hotel. Had to be at the site early to find a car park, or else we would have to pay for an overnight carpark.

Hotel was modern and clean/tidy. The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful/friendly. We asked about walking tracks from the hotel and got some awesome advice. We loved being able to enter the hotel from the back carpark & use the lifts without having to go through the lobby.

The rooms were comfortable and clean/modern but not at all sound-proof. We could hear people in the hallways and the next room playing music loudly early in the mornings, also water running when other rooms had showers etc. A bit disappointing when you are on holiday. Also the amount of carparks was inadequate so we had to park up on the road at the back of the hotel and walk across the vacant land late at night after going out to dinner.

The staff at the reception - Joel, Kalai, and Aloka showed the best hospitality that a solo female traveller like me can ever expect and hope for! They were sweet, courteous and understanding of my requirements and made every possible effort to make my stay comfortable and even guided me well regarding the local information whenever I needed it. A BIG thank you to the three of them, especially Joel and Kalai from the bottom of my heart! The facilities in the room were top notch. It felt like home away from home. You name a facility and the room had it... OUTSTANDING in every sense of the word! My mountain view room was spectacular and mesmerizing! What more can one ask for... 😊

Wanted a bit of luxury after hostelling around the south island. Hotel is lovely, really clean, modern facilities. Shower and hot drink anemities provided were great. Good selection of shows on TV. Near to lots of shops and restaurants in the retail park. Good value for money. Staff were really friendly and stored my luggage whilst I was waiting for flight after check out.

It's not super close to the airport, I think it's a 20 minute walk. You can get the bus which is a 5 minute walk away, and this goes right to the entrance. No shuttle is provided, although I remember reading this before booking the hotel.

Didn't have the breakfast. Location was great - suited us not to have to go into the main township of Queenstown. Was also close to bars & shopping at Frankton & the airport. Rooms were of a high standard, very clean & comfortable & also well equipped kitchen facilities.

The French gentleman at the reception counter was a little hard to understand but he was friendly & helpful. We understand that staffing is a problem in expensive places to live as Queenstown most certainly is. Overall, we rate the hotel very highly & found it to be good value for the room tariff.

I found the receptionists rather non-enthusiastic and nobody asked me whether I had liked my stay. besides I booked an extra night and they charged me more than Booking.com was charging for the same room. Allegedly , it was more expensive because it was on a Saturday (off peak season , very low amount of guests ) and they charged me over 50 dollars more for the same room. poor customer service . dusty switches and tv as well as damaged bathroom door (rusty). rather unacceptable for the prices

Excellent Service, this is one of the best if not the best service hotel experience we have had. Rooms were clean, the place was clean. Towels were always changed when we gave them a chance. Relatively quiet at night for a busy hotel. Coffee packets were even replaced even when we put the tray in an out of reach place. The bed was even made even though we didn't ask for full service. This hotel provided excellent service especially for a hotel that clearly displayed that they were short staffed. Internet service was relatively quick and had no issues. The view was awesome and a great location, close to the airport.

Only drawback is that if you return back to the hotel a little late at night i.e. after 8pm, you need to park in the open grassy space, I suspect that area will be made to a carpark

I did not Try the Hotel Breakfast as when looking for a place to stay , one site was offering breakfast for $35.00 and for what I wanted this was excessive. No menu in the room to indicate what was available or cost

There was nothing I disliked about the site and would highly recommend with the facilities in the room, surprised with cooking and laundry facilities. Site was quiet, even with the construction work taking place next door and the scenery, looking at the mountains and the mood of the mountains as the weather changes

Super modern. Lovely and clean and in a great location to all things Frankton and Queenstown. Free limited parking on site which is awesome. If you are out for the evening and come back late you won’t get a park so will have to pay $10 for 24 hours of parking in the gravel Wilson’s car park behind the hotel. But it’s perfectly safe. Great amenities for the price, awesome views and a great sized room. Just all round awesome and I’ll be back again.
