A very comfortable and spacious apartment, that feels very new. Although it isn't in central Queenstown (which is about a 10 minute drive away), it's situated in a great location on the other side of the lake (we went for a run along the lake one morning, and it was wonderful!). We just drove into central Queenstown, and it wasn't difficult getting parking there. The parking for the apartment is located under the nearby Hilton hotel - I've seen some people comment about this, but it wasn't an issue for us. You can pull your car up at the apartment building, unload your bags, and then go and park. I'd suggest getting an apartment with a view of the lake (if you aren't sure if the apartment you booked will have one, I recommend asking), as it makes a real difference to look out at that!

There was a spill in the lift, and it wasn't cleaned up during our stay. It wasn't a big issue, but I'm not sure that cleaners necessarily come through the common areas every day.

The views from this accomodation were fantastic. The apartment was really well suited for an overall view of Queenstown. It may not suit those who want to be where the action is but as an older couple allowed us time out from the activities within Queenstown. Two bedroom apartment for an older couple may be a bit of an overkill but gave us that home away from home feel.

The parking as previous reviews point out was down the hill under the Hilton and is part of their parking. Tthe walk up the hill for older ones could be a disadvantage for couples but the second day I opted to park on the side road above rather than park and walk up. That proved to be a much better choice. A lot of cars get parked on streets so don’t think a car being stolen would affect insurance claims. We haven’t had any problems with street parking so would recommend this approach rather than parking under one tree parking.

Old property. Kitchen cooking vessels/ pans were missing except one only. That was pathetic as we were 8 family members with 2 kids. Too many mosquitoes or bugs inside in the very first day itself. Unable to use the tv lounge throughout the stay due too many mosquitoes. Dinning table needed a replacement.

The apartment has everything like a house. Quite secure. The view from our room is the lake which is good but partially blocked as the unit we have is on the lowest floor.

Altho parking is free which a bonus for that place, parking is a bit inconvenient. Have to walk down a hill to get the car and have to walk up the hill to go to the apartment. Not convenient especially for us as we are in our over 60's. We were 4 travellers, but bec of unforeseen circumstances our companions were not able to travel. We had to request to change our booking from 2 br to 1 br. But the place has only 2 br. Other places we stayed, what they do is lock one room so it cannot be used. So w we were charged for 2 br.

Location.. close to airport and central Queenstown loved the lake view !! And vibe of the area loved the spaciousness of the apartment and large bathrooms and balcony

the only shortfall was lack of airflow with needing to keep doors closed at night. appreciated the fans supplied but would have been better if we could have kept the doors open having said this it would not deter us from booking again .. we loved our stay here

Have stayed in the apartment next door, it was better equipped with kitchen utensils, glassware, etc. TV sets should all be smart tvs, very limited options for viewing. lack of clarity over recycling, bins outside not clear.

A fantastic property and great place to stay when visiting Queenstown! Comfortable, clean and has all the facilities needed. The view is amazing and although the parking is a distance away, it is a lovely walk. The instructions for entry were easy to follow which made our late night arrival smooth.

Unable to use the dryer as it had been disabled/knob removed.

No BBQ Kitchen area was a bit small for 12 people I'd install al larger TV in the living area as well Communal bins far and not large enough for all units

The property is in a good location with nice views of the lake. The apartment was roomy, clean and comfortable beds. It had everything we needed.

There was problems with the TV with a few channels not able to be accessed when they should have been

Not warned that availability of parking was not close by. Access to the apartment was very difficult especially as very little parking outside the apartment to drop off the luggage at the door. Dragging the luggage up steep hill (especially for the elderly and more difficult for any person with a walking difficulty or needs a wheelchair.)
