The King Room with Lake View was very spacious and comfortable. The balcony had an nice view of the Queenstown lake. The hotel staff was nice and friendly throughout our stay. On-site parking was very convenient and there was also a bus stop nearby for buses to the Town Centre and Airport. Overall, we had a comfortable stay.

Cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved. We had to ask Reception for some items to be replaced.

I found the room to be very clean, warm and lots of space. Though I didn't have a view from my room, I was able to take a glass of wine and sit on the deck at the bar where the views were amazing. The full breakfast was beautiful and there was an awesome variety to choose from. The water pressure in the showers was great and the condiments that were free to use were of the highest quality. I loved my stay here and the staff were so kind, friendly and helpful.

When the staff serviced the units my bed was not made and they missed topping things up for me, however due to the overall experience, it didn't bother me too much.

We loved the rooms as we have stayed twice in 3 days . The first room had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains and the gardens . The second room was a lovely (room 303)it was a larger room with a queen size bed and 2 single beds . It was surrounded by beautiful trees in blossom so I loved it there also. Great breakfast to start the day too .

There has been trouble with the drinking water in Queenstown and we needed to boil the water . It would have been appreciated if perhaps some bottled water was left in the fridge as a nice gesture .

My goodness, I just want to sing this Hotel's praises!!!! We had the most amazing stay over Easter 2023. The rooms were amazing! Super clean, amazing location, just a few minutes from town and the Frankton shopping centre. But the best part for us were the wonderful staff!💗 Sagar, Angel and Nacho! Man do those 2 guys have the best sense of humor and friendliest faces! And Angel went out her way to pack us a breakfast when we needed to leave super early for Milford sound. The breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious, the rooms and premises are so clean, and the bed and bedroom extremly comfy. We cannot wait to come back and stay there again! The staff really made us feel welcome and helped where ever they could. The dining area us so luxurious and cosy! The rooms are also very well insulated so it's warm and you don't hear much outside noise. Thank you to a wonderful stay team, we'll see you soon.

The only thing I can complain about is that we didn't get time to enjoy the spa!!! We had a full schedule but honestly I cannot fault this amazing hotel! We will most certainly be back!

Stayed 4 nights at IHG and we had a great experience. The room was well-appointed, with modern bathroom facilities, and as you step into the balcony you could see a 180 degrees view of the awe-inspiring Remarkables. The buffet breakfast was amazing and the views from the restaurant were just picture-perfect landscapes that almost seems surreal. Warm-hearted staff members made our stay memorable, we would definitely come back.

We had an excellent view over the lake. Staff were very friendly. We were surprised to find out our breakfast was included in our tarrif, and breakfast was excellent. We preferred to be away from the bustle of the CBD in Queenstown

Our request for no feathers or down in pillows or bedding was not met. We had to ask for different pilows and duvet. Even then I discovered that the mattress topper was down. A little more attention to detail required. Maintenance within the room could be more attentive. The basin in the bathroom was cracked and there must have been a leak in the glass window between the shower and the bedroom, because there was evidence of paint deterioration on the window sill on the bed side of the glass.

Locatjon and views are awesome. Rooms lovely. Bed and pillows super comfy

A couple of bottles of water In fridge on arrival would be nice. Laundry only had one machine and dryer. Note on wall said 30 mins and took 1.5 hrs for one cycle. Wasted our time waiting…The bush and weeds outside balcony could be cut back. Other amenities/restaurant etc could be updated. $32 for buffet breakfast was way overpriced for what there was. One room key was bad. When someone wanted to use gym or go out, the room had no power for rest of guests. Told by concierge that we could not have another key.

1. The staff first of all were very welcoming, the lady that served us during the day was very nice, polite and very attentive to our queries, then the receptionists in the evening continued that and were easy to approach, and made our experience easy and very enjoyable, thank you(wish we caught their names, give them a pay rise I say!). 2. Like our room, the facilities were amazing, the gym as well as the spa and sauna were a highlight for us. You could definitely fit in a good gym session with the equipment provided and as a bonus being able to play your own music. 3. The restaurant and bar was amazing, we most definitely enjoyed our meal at the restaurant, the waitress was very attentive, polite and very accomodating. Our food was served in a timely manner while also providing such quality in the food. All facilities especially our room, was nice and clean and they never failed to keep that standard from day to day. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay here, would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Queenstown, very high quality customer service in all departments and also tremendous and satisfying facilities. The view from our room was amazing! We got second floor and can see the whole lake. The staff were very friendly.

The bed was comfortable, however, you can feel line seperating the 2 beds. I wish they provide a queen bed instead of 2 beds put together. Not okay for couples on honeymoon. Also, no robe towel and slippers which I thought should be included as Holiday Inn is international and I’ve gone to one in Philippines and they have complete stuffs.

Dinner was delicious and buffet breakfast was great value for money considering children dine for free. Staff very friendly and the facility had spas and a sauna which was a benefit I didn't realise they offered. Absolutely beautiful view from the room we stayed in!!!!

The only problem was that they take a $200 bond that I was informed would be in the next day when checking out... but was not.
