Location! Its close to all amenities.

We had already requested the reception about late check out and it was agreed to. We thought it was entered into the system so that other staff could see. On the day of the check out, the staff at the reception had no idea about what was agreed to. It was explained and we didn't have to pay anything extra. But the staff was kind of rude about it. We had to repeat ourselves twice. This was totally not needed especially when we stayed there for 7 nights and the late check out was agreed to.

The twin bed rooms with those large comfy beds were to die for. Like sleeping on a cloud. The layout of the room was nice and the bathroom was quiet. The automatic light under the bathroom was great for low light having a baby in the room. It felt clean and room service were super quick.

Although the location was convenient it was quite loud from road noise, there was all night light from the shop signs outside. Something in place around the curtain might prevent some issues. The bin was tiny and senseless. We had baby nappies! The 20degrees lock on the temperature control drove us insane. 20 degrees isn’t even cold, we got stuffy at times.

Superb location. My family stayed there only for one night after arriving at NZ in the evening. It took less than 10min from the airport. Perfect location to get ready for trips on the following day, it has Countdown, Kmart, Bunnings and so much more in walking distances. The rooms had great mountain views with good amenties and comfy bed.

No slippers provided in the rooms and I was told to go to Kmart to get my own slippers as the hotel doesn't provide one. Request for close rooms were not fulfilled and they did put us on the same floor but way too far from each other.

Exactly as described. Clean room, two double beds and good bathroom. Breakfast was very good and all staff we met were very professional and attentive. Not in centre of town, but close to airport and suited our needs the next day. Would stay again.

Nothing. View of mountains included the airport and location is on shopping complex. The rooms, breakfast and staff definitely made up for the functional location. Not in central Queenstown, which suited us for our needs but it is a short drive to centre of town if needed. Very close to airport.

Nice modern clean room with views of mountains. The dinner (fish) at the restaurant was one of the best meals I had in NZ. Very convenient for shopping, as it is located in an upscale shopping plaza with lots of food options and outdoor gear stores.

Its location in a shopping center may not be for everyone, but was super great for my family, as we could stock up on groceries and outdoor gear. The location is a bit distant from Queenstown proper, especially with all the road work going on now. Took ~20 minutes to get to the town center because of the traffic from the construction.

Great location at Five Mile. Tons of places to eat. Great pub, restaurants. It's where the locals go and doesn't feel touristy at all. The bus stop was right outside the hotel. Super easy. $20 Uber from the airport. And only $2 bus trip into town. Kids under 14 are free. Great place to stay with kids and without a rental car. Kids loved the bus, and I didn't have to worry about parking in town. Love the pillow service (order your preferred pillow through room service!).

We were a family of 3, but the room didn't have enough towels for everyone.

location is wonderful, free car park, room is nice clean and comfortable, staff are all very friendly ~

pillow is a bit too high for me, and if the breakfast have a lit bit more options that will be fantastic, like hot soup or porridge.

Great location. Very comfortable beds and pillows - modern spotless bathroom. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided smelled beautiful. Friendly, competent, helpful staff. Kids club room open during dining hours. Lovely restaurant - two sided fire out to verandah - perfect for snuggling up with a glass of red. Will definitely stay again! Thank you.

Was really impressed with our stay at sudima. Wasn’t too far of a drive into Queenstown central and it’s close to shops and food places. The rooms were absolutely outstanding! Clean presented well. Omg and the showers 🥴 the best I’ve ever used 😅 Staff were amazing and polite. A bit quiet and had to ask a few times to speak up. But always said hello and had a smile on their faces. Breakfast buffet was…ok but definitely not worth pricing if you have picky eaters.

Wish there was a park or anything really in walking distance for our kids. Especially when you just want those days to just hang close to where you are staying. Other than that I loved Sudima and highly recommend 😊

The hotel is well-managed and the staff was helpful and pleasant to communicate with. The hotel is newly built and the room and facilities are clean and well-equipped. The breakfast was good and worth paying in advance. Free parking is available but you must ask the hotel's reception to show you where it is. Public transport is available right in front of the hotel.
