Very good location. It's walking distance from Queenstown town centre, although keep in mind walking back is uphill. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Staff are friendly and menu items are reasonably priced for room service. We didn't eat at the restaurant, only had drinks but they were fantastic.

The wifi is very bad. Connection speeds are very poor, it's basically unusable. I understand some rooms have been renovated, but we stayed in one that wasn't. It's definitely stuck in the 'Millenium' and tired, but it is clean. The bathroom has a tub shower which isn't ideal.

The hotel was comfortable and within easy walking distance of the city centre. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious enough for two people. The shower worked well. The staff were helpful and accommodating.

We ate in the hotel restaurant on both nights and there was a degree of confusion and the service was delayed on both nights. The meals were okay but not particularly apertising. The hotel is situated on a corner and on first arriving it is easy to miss the hotel and shoot past. This was not helped by nearby roadworks.

our room was serviced daily, the beds were comfortable and the facilities were clean and tidy upon arrival, the only negative was that our room was located so far away from the car park and reception area, it would have been great to be located a little closer. The sauna/spa was not operational (so I heard while at reception) which would have been great after a days skiing and walking. Location is good.

There was a lack of carparks! We had a large SUV to park and literally had to squeeze into carparks and difficult getting out of our vehicle. Suggest that you only have one dedicated area for storage of motel furniture etc or store offsite in a container to free up more parking space. Looks messy also.

We arrived early in the day and the front desk were very accomodating in storing our luggage and having it waiting in our rooms when we checked in later in the day. The full buffet breakfast was great value for the price charged. The restaurant was lovely. The rooms we stayed in appeared to have been recently renovated so were well presented as was the hotel itself. All of the staff we dealt with were very helpful.

Very minor, but the only thing I can think that could be improved is the pancake machine at the buffet. It kept breaking, but then at least it prevented our children from eating too many pancakes. 🤣

I have to say that this is the hotel that left the deepest impression on me. Due to budget constraints, the three of us booked this room with two single beds on Booking. Our expectation is for someone to lay a floor. But when we asked for a blanket from the front desk, the hotel unexpectedly added a bed to the room! What a delightful thing it is!

The WiFi network speed is a bit slow, but I have already subscribed to unlimited traffic for three days, so the impact is not significant

Room was clean and comfortable. Spacious and well appointed

Hotel was described as cbd but was approx 1km away up a very steep hill. Not walkable to shops for middle aged travellers unless very fit. Having to pay to use carpark facilities was not appreciated after paying over $400/ night for accommodation. Renovations next door were very loud and the hotel vibrated throughout the day while the large equipment was being used

Great room, comfort, space and cleanliness plus 24/7 availability. Staff were welcoming and always helpful. Housekeeping were absolutely amazing!!!! Plus communication with hotel was quick and timely.

The only downer was room service at night. The quality was disappointing. Brownie looked amazing but was hard like a rock. $26 beef pie was the size of a savoury and hard. Added sprinkles to our ice cream and undercooked toasties. Forgot a few things from our order we had to call back. We didn’t eat any of it so decided from there not to eat here. Go out and support different local restaurants. This was only night room service.

Great location just up from town so is easy walking distance to everything you need in QT central area. Room was large and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable.

Road facing rooms can get a bit of road traffic noise but this is not the fault of the hotel at all! The front of house staff are fantastic and found some ear plugs which did the trick perfectly. Thank you so much for the late night request!

Beds 2....large beds in one room ...were excellent & comfy The only problem was there spa was out of action..all bar staff and dining room staff were very good too given it was the easter weekend ..the location is a 10 minute walk down hill the main town area but its an easy stroll we have stayed here before and it s a great hotel....bedroom linen , shower etc were very very clean The dinner menu was great food and not over priced.

just a small hiccup...the spa was out of action .

This is our second stay here, love the renovated room! My wife and I found the new theme very modern and classy. The beds are comfortable. Love the bathroom with the modern finishes, especially the rain shower!

The tub is now gone but the other renovations made up for it. There are so many road works happening around the hotel which took away off-street parking spaces that were available before, I wished they gave discount don't the daily parking even temporarily.
