Location is perfect with great views of Lake Wakatipu, it is up a steep hill though from town. A great place to unwind with ample facilities. Reception staff were very kind and approachable.

The toilet space was very small and tight but still okay. Our room was cleaned every 2 days but in our 7night stay, our sheets were not washed once nor was the bed made…a bit disappointing. Lots of heating options but unfortunately only one small fan for the hotter weather we had. Room got quite stuffy.

Location is superb being a short walk to town. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The bed was extra comfy and the bathroom whilst small was quite serviceable. The location was also quiet, and we slept well. There is a microwave in the room however not much bench space. Excellent views of the mountains from the room balcony as well. The manager let us park right out front of the property during our stay as the carpark underneath is a little tight for a medium size SUV - Mazda CX-5.

The aforementioned parking underneath is only good for a small car. The alleged kitchen area is very small so don't plan on cooking too much - heating up something in the microwave is workable though. The stairs up to the room have a deteriorating covering however I understand this is being replaced.

What i love with this place are the people.. Kudos to cornelius.. Got the chance to chat with him.. He is so considerate..and kind! We got 3 rooms, stayed there last 10th of april until on the 16th. He even allowed me to stay there late on our last day. My wedding in queenstown really made so special because my family stayed in a nice accomodation. THANKS caples! REDMUND

Maybe they forgot to clean the room every 2 days. Need to remind them to change the linen, pick up the rubbish and replenish the coffee and stuff.. But the rest is ok.

After a disappointing start to our holiday with our flight was cancelled and we lost a day. The staff were so accommodating. Location - very close to town ( perched on a hill it is a bit steep, but doable), and great views. The unit was very clean and tidy.The beds were extremely comfortable.

The units are dated. Steps and verandah are old and probably need replacing. Being almost 60yrs, and not really fit, the walk up the hill was a task.

Enjoyed a comfortable 2 night stay in the Superior Studio room. The views from every window in our studio were exceptional. We had views of the lake, mountains and the Sky Gondola. We were walking distance to the centre of Queenstown with all its shops and eateries.

We found small conveniences not provided, eg no soap, tissues or tea towel. Also parking underground needed a good tidy up.

Brilliant location, good size rooms reasonably priced for the close proximity to town. Location is directly in front of the cardrona & remarkables ski bud pick up/ drop off

Was told by staff on the first day a late checkout was ok. On the last day we were told we had to check out 4 hours earlier than originally told.

Lovely and helpful staff (shared with the Four Seasons hotel next door) who made check-in, luggage storage and ordering a taxi to the airport a breeze. Beautiful lake and mountain views from the shared balcony and just a short walk to the centre of town.

The apartment is small so for 4 people it was a bit of a squeeze (only 3 could fit on the couch etc), and the soundproofing wasn’t great so you could hear the upstairs neighbours quite audibly.

Great location close to bus stops and fabulous views from the lounge. Also close to town centre. Reception was very helpful on several matters when we needed assistance.

Shower cold water flow was minimal so you had a hot shower, or very slow flow. Should be a simple adjustment to turn on more cold for the mixer tap.

The location was good - walking distance to the waterfront, park, and shops. Nice view from our balcony.

Fairly noisy being on the main road into town. A multitude of little critters on the sunny side of the building trying to get inside via the window meant we had to close windows when it was unbearably hot. There was no air-con.

It was comfortable, had good beds and facilities. it was a 10 minute walk into the town centre but as with many places in Queenstown it was a steep hill to return to the apartment.

Due to lack of staff the rooms only had rubbish removed once and we had to ask for teabags etc.
