I thought it was great value for money considering the location. A 5min walk to town, a 10min walk to Queenstown Hill and you could see the lake and mountains from the room. The bedding had to have been the comfiest I have ever slept in - the little things as well like 4 pillows on the double beds took this room to another level. Very clean and the bathroom even had a bath. I would recommend and I would stay again.

Not enough car spaces (we missed out on a space overnight) and our room seemed to be the only one without a table and chairs on the balcony which we would have used. I wouldn't recommend taking a car unless planning on leaving it there throughout your stay.

Room was nice and clean

ordered room service 8:15pm....didn't get it at 8:15pm so i had to call reception who had it delivered 9pm. other than that it was ok. directions from rooms to restaurant and bar were confusing...once i returned from the reception/restaurant after paying for my room service I met a gentleman who peeked out the elevator to look for directions to the restaurant. I asked if he was looking for the restaurant and he said yes, so i directed him through the two doors at the end of corridor and take the left glass door then he will find his way to the restaurant.

The Suites is very spacious and clean, the bed is very soft but I loved it. Walking distance to downtown.

When used the shower room, the water is not quickly going away, which will make the water became higher, need to stop for a while and then open water again. Which was a little bit annoyed. The Washing Machine and Dryer are quite old but it’s acceptable. The suites I stayed is facing the hotel restaurant and during the cooking time of the restaurant the smoked smell is coming out and made me not able to open the door of the balcony area of the suites not able to allow fresh air come into the suites during the cooking time.

Amazing stay! Stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was sophisticated and very comfortable, wonderful views and perfect location for walking into town. We wished we had more time to hang in and enjoy the apartment itself! Most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in as well. Staff were so kind, responsive and accomodating. This hotel made my first overseas trip very enjoyable.

The aircon unit attached to the back of the bedroom which caused a loud humming noise through the night whilst the heater was on. I’m a light sleeper so I was glad I had ear plugs.

The amenities in the room, although I don’t use them, were reasonably priced (wine, beer, snacks, etc.). The “garden view” had plants that nicely shielded from the street but still left a view of the hills across town. The washing machine and dryer were unexpectedly free! The design of the building is interesting and gave us good privacy and good lighting, plus shielding the room door from hallway noise with an extra alcove door.

The vacuuming was shaky—someone had spilled Nerds candy on the carpet and it was still there when we arrived.

I’m local and work in hotels and the 1 bedroom apartment was perfect in my opinion, great view and comfortable. Full kitchen and spacious bathroom. Immaculate and clean! The bath and robes/slippers were nice addition and the balcony outside was so good to relax after a long day of shopping. Close to town and the staff were so lovely

Breakfast was average. A good price but most of it was inedible. It seemed like it came off the buffet not the menu

Check in was listed as from 2pm we arrived at 3pm room wasn't available til 4pm which was unfortunate as it meant we had to wait to get out and explore and we only had the one evening. If we were there for longer it would not have been a bother. Staff very apologetic and lovely. Fabulous hotel, would definitely want to stay there again.

Great location, with free on-site parking. Amazing water pressure and nice toiletries in bathroom., Good heating, average kitchen facilities. Daily housekeeping with tea, coffeee, milk replenished. Friendly staff. Fairly comfortable room. Nice soft pillows.

Not the most comfortable bed. Some of the kitchenware was dirty on arrival. Fairly quiet rooms, however one night of little sleep due to loud room above us. A little overpriced in comparison to where we've stayed in queenstown previously.

Great location, 5 minutes walk into Queenstown central, there is a steep hill to climb but very manageable ! Hotel room was exceptionally clean I could not fault a thing ! The view is awesome

The room door system isn’t great the doors are very loud to close and we could hear the neighbours door slamming multiple times during the night. If you like your privacy the big floor to ceiling window may not be for you!

Our room had a beautiful view over the lake and town centre. After staying at other hotels in Queenstown this one offered the most comfort due to the size of the room. A full kitchen, large living and dining spaces, separate bedroom and large bathroom with tub and extra towels. A short downhill walk to town centre. Would definately stay here again. Basement parking was a bonus.

This hotel met our expecatations and was good value for money so there wasn't really anything we didnt like.
