The bed was very comfortable and the room clean so couldn't fault that at all. Quiet location just out of Queenstown.

The dated Hotel needs a makeover, first impressions were not that good at reception, carpet very worn with lumps. Welcome was good though. The carpark was very uneaven with big holes which were hazardous at night. These would be full of water on rainy day. If carpark was upgraded I think angle parking in front of the room would be good so people aren't looking directly into your room when pulling up or leaving.

The staff were very happy to help us and nothing was any trouble. The room was larger than normal hotel/motel and very comfortable. The food was still very nice in their temporary restaurant (the main restaurant was being renovated).

Would suggest a desk and chair to be able to set up a laptop or writing notes in the room. The unpaved car parking needs to be graded as there were many pot holes and water filled depressions which you couldn’t park.

That was out of the the busy township and had bowling a restaurant and bar inside the resort.

Was abit dirty(alot dust on timber around the rooms)

The staff were super considerate and kind. They helped us with everything we needed. We appreciated being able to have our pets there, and they enjoyed the holiday too. The meals we got from the menu were fantastic. So delicious and timely. We were there in May. The rooms were warm and clean.

We didn't realise it was right next to the highway which scared the cats and nothing is open nearby on Mondays and Tuesdays. Also, the buffet breakfast was way overpriced for the dried up offerings provided. However we were there off-season. Ala carte would have been better for this time of year.

Shubum, Mitch and Annie the chef are all so welcoming friendly and helpful. They certainly made our stay enjoyable 😊 we're really happy with their service and we got their names especially to compliment them. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great value. Can't wait to see the completed renovations. We will be back 😊

There was just one rude staff member. Didn't catch his name but felt like he did not want anyone there or want to be there himself. He was quite rude and unhelpful on multiple occasions. The only downside to our stay.

The first thing when I checked in with my fiancee the reception guy with long hair he gave us a warm welcome he was charming with cute smile his conversation was so proffession I travel alot and this was the best experience ever with the front desk we felt at home and my fiancee was like you made the right choice than me this was the best hotel have come across so far 😍😍😍😍😍❤️❤️💓in that case I felt awesome! Thanks to the front desk guy we will come back in future

The staff were very helpful and accommodating for our needs. Booking.com advertised with air-conditioning but when we got to the hotel there was none. The staff provided 3 fans for our family. The rooms were cleaned and staff were always happy to assist. There was a private function in the restaurant but our son wanted to play pool table and the receptionist went out of her way to ask the boss if we could play. She came back to say that we can providing we keep the noise down.

We didn't like the fact that the bowling was only open for certain hours and that the place didn't have air-conditioning.

My daughter and I both enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious with a good sized bed, bed heating & a bath tub. I appreciated the restaurant and bowling alley being in the vicinity of our resort as after a long day, going to dinner not far from the room was bliss. I brought the Spare Ribs meal every night 😂 Staff were amazing on arrival as well as on our departure. I would definitely recommend this resort to my family. Great value for money. ✨

Bed was uncomfortable.

Breakfast was much easier this time instead of s box with dry bread you were able to have breakfast in the dining room and make toast. Would have been better if it had gone on until 10 when you are on holiday you don’t alway want to have breakfast before 9. Great beds I was pleased to get a room with a double bed instead of three single beds. Nice to be down stairs this time too not so hard to carry your bags thank you so much

Our toilet seat was broken and not repaired . A minor inconvenience.

The room was well set out, with sep bath and toilet. I felt that the rooms were being cleaned by males, as the rooms really did need dusting and a little more attention to the cleaning. Not everyone sees the same as a woman doing the work in there own home, but for the room itself it was well appointed.

More attention paid to cleaning, the laundry could do with cleaning especially between the the wshing machine and the dryer. Maybe I am being to particular, but that is how I see things.
