Location is great just a little walk away from central queenstown and round the corner there's a supermarket. studio room was great and very clean, little bit dated if you're fussy but it just added to the character of the place. honestly so fun to just walk around the park its very quirky and cute. Room had good basic kitchen utilities, hairdryer and heated blanket everything worked and was a very cute little place to stay. Staff were very friendly and keen to help too (even when i was a bit silly and made a mistake with my booking and they were amazing and accommodating)

na was really good maybe just the showers bit narrow if you're a bigger person and rooms not very soundproof if you got loud neighbours but nothing too bad :)

About 7-10 min walk from the town for food/bars/entertainment. There’s a small grocery store literally across the road and then around the corner there’s a bigger one! Super convenient. All the ski shuttles will pick up/drop off right out the front of the holiday park. There’s HOT water that never seems to run out and everything was very clean!!! Amenities were great - shared kitchen and lounge was very useful!

Water pressure in the showers weren’t great, but doable.

Convenience to town and a lot of activities. Bike storage. We stayed in a motel unit which, although showing some age, was unique and very comfortable but with only a toaster and microwave for cooking. We have stayed here before, although in a motor home, and it was what we were expecting in a quirky holiday park. Staff were very helpful.

Although the staff were very helpful, it was not their fault we had to boil all our drinking/cooking water. We I did feel a little cramped for a 5 night stay.

Good check in, very busy campersite with motel rooms. Room was clean and comfy with basic kitchenette facilities. Shared laundry facilities were plentiful and the walk into Queenstown (cut across the rugby fields) was easy. Supermarket 3 mins away - don't go to the deli (2 mins) by mistake - eye wateringly expensive!

Better clothes storage facilities (shelves in cupboard) would be good. If you are staying for more than a couple of nights it is nice to be able to unpack.

A few minutes walking distance to central Queenstown and the gondola, with a short uphill walk back. Grocery store across the road, family unit was spacious, spotlessly clean and quiet. Staff were super friendly and very helpful.

Didn't affect us but should mention that for less experienced drivers parking is tight for campervans

Good sized studio and well equipped. Private and peaceful location, we had a private sitting area which was lovely. Excellent location, supermarket 2 min walk and the main area of Queenstown a 5 minute walk. It was fantastic to see all the different ways they are caring for the environment.

Close to the middle of town (can walk there), but not so close that we were dealing with traffic all the time. Our room was very comfortable and we actually got upgraded to a room with a kitchenette, which was awesome. The art around the park was delightful. Creeksyde is also a pick-up point for the Lord of the Rings Tour I went on. I would stay here again.

Great base for exploring Queenstown and surrounding area, easy 10 min walk to centre of town by lake. Motel rooms have supplies for preparing sandwiches etc for your day out. Good to see eco credentials as well.

As someone who likes tea, kettle could have been better (bigger and faster!). Bit smaller than some of other places we’ve stayed, but still comfy for two people.

We loved being in a quiet part of town where we could hear birds and see beautiful trees and flowers. We also loved that this place takes sustainability seriously and is Earthcheck certified. Also loved the quirky art pieces.

Pity that we had to buy water as there was an issue with the water supply at the time of visiting due to the recent floods. But this was a small thing and not a fault of Creeksyde.
