The hot water of the shower was too long to get warm water

We recently booked a one-night stay at this hotel for a quick stopover, and it was exactly what we needed. Despite our short stay, we were impressed by the level of service and comfort provided. The check-in process was quick and efficient, allowing us to settle into our room without any hassle. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a restful night's sleep. Overall, our experience at this hotel was positive. It provided us with a comfortable place to rest for the night, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room and toilet are cleaned. Exceed our expectation. The only problem we have is that the room was warm/hot. Otherwise we recommend AWA hotel. The location is also good since it is very accessible to everything and we can even see the skyline on our window.

The room is too warm/hot despite changing the aircon temperature. We even asked the reception person to come over to checked but still the room is really warm on 17 degrees. We even open the window since its winter but for some reason the room remained warm/hot. -might be something wrong with AC

I really liked the room but the bed was a bit hard.

It is $50 deposit *per night* which they need to be more open about to make sure people are at least prepared about. Currently it does not say per night. The bed was really hard. The small courtyards outside of some rooms are weird and I saw no one use them. The breakfast wasn't great either. Also it is far out of town so bear this in mind when booking - bus is $2.80 but stops before 7pm, and an Uber is around $14 so keep this in mind when booking as well. Failing this you are looking at a 45 minute walk.

The Hotel had just opened for business and although there were unfinished task I was very happy with the Customer service ,Hostess , Restaurant and dairy and liquor store on site, very convenient,Tourist attractions close bye. Loved the lounge and entertainment room, Massage recliners. Sound proof rooms.. I felt very comfortable .The highlight for me was how staff and management made us feel welcome and non judgemental..love the different nationality connection...Awesome, I would recommend staying here . Very reasonable price.

Few minor issues, but as said above Business just re-opened. 1 There was no proper socket wall fitted for the iron that was provided. 2 Air con was not of use or not working, was so hot and costrophobic ish. 3 would be ideal to have a kitchen sink, or to mention in accessories to byo water. 4 on the second night, we noticed linen was very creased. I wouldn't recommend for large families with infants because of the main road close by Would like to see spa pools or a swimming pool in the near future, which I'm sure price would rise. But with the kind staff and Management I would pay more..

The property is clean and have a decent amount of parking lot.

I booked this property using booking.com for one double bed and one sofa bed for my family with my wife and two daughters, but when I got there, they said that the booking price was only for one double bed and no sofa bed included. They said that the price did not sync properly with the booking website. Fortunately, they upgraded our room for free. Unlike other hotels, they have this 50-dollar bond, which they did not say in their listing.

I loved our overall stay at Awa hotel. Firstly, the price is very reasonable for a room that's very spacious, immaculately clean, and the interior design is modern. Secondly, their room amenities are full-packed and their receiving area has a pool table and massage chairs to enjoy. Lastly, we had a good time chatting away with the lovely and smart owner, who we call 'auntie', while we were enjoying the delicious food from their restaurant. I highly recommend Awa hotel - home away from home. 👍

Staff gave us umbrellas when we left to go out in the morning and it was raining, which came in very handy! Neat, simple room with tea, coffee, hot chocolate making facilities and small milks in fridge.

Room didn't have any face washers and only 1 towel (we booked a room for 3 adults). But when we asked for two more they got them straight away which was good.

I like the location and how new it is. The superior triple room is very spacious and my kids love it! I like the communal area with massage chairs, pool table and also some arcade games

They are really new sot a lot of teething issues. We arrived with no towels at all and no extra toilet paper. The beds were quite hard but that's quite subjective for different people. We got the superior triple room but it is an accessible room and is not convenient for us because there are no bathroom drawers that we can put our toiletries on.

Despite the mixed reviews I enjoyed our stay. A quiet comfortable night in a comfortable bed. The room was overall clean and Tidy. The bed linen though not ironed was also clean. The bathroom was good and shower was great. Loved the Sky channels. The other facilities in the room were basic. That to be expected for the price we paid. Great value!

Improvements I would suggest: Supply facecloths The base of the metal tap, ring around plughole and the overflow in the sink need a good clean.
