Fairy Springs Motel

I liked everything about it.The manager and his wife were very cooperative. We had lots of luggage after checking out and were worried about keeping it since our van to Auckland was to arrive later but he helped us to keep everything in a safe place. Location is ideal for tourists not having a vehicle as three attractions are at walking distance namely Mitai Maori, 3D Art and the Skyline. Places to eat like McDonald's, Kebab, Wendy's, Burger King are at a 20 minutes walking distance.

Location, friendly staff. Facilities were clean and stock was there (coffee plunger was a nice addition).

The stay was great. It would have been nice if the fridge was turned on before our arrival to be able to put things in straight away as we had to wait for it to cool. A few of the pillows were very very thin also so we did wake with a slightly sore neck. Other than those two items the stay was excellent and very appreciative.

Everything was perfect nice view, nice service, nice wifi, and the room was very clean. The staff were so kind and the neat bedding touched me. It was convenient because it was close to the tourist attraction It was a perfect solo trip I will visit again next time

Fairy Springs is located right next door to the luge, Gondola which is great and right at the beginning of the City when driving down from the North. There are a lot of food shops within walking distance and even a great mini golf right next door which is fun to play in the evening. The room and kitchen is a great size.

The building does look a bit tired and could do with a freshen up including a new bed as it's not the most comfortable sleep but overall we enjoyed staying at the accommodation mainly for convenience of location.

It had everything we needed. Great big dinning table and chairs to have our meals and kitchen that was well equipped. The staff went out of there way to help us with anything we needed. The room is well used but clean and comfortable.

Had a slide,tramp, swing and the cute lil toy houses my son loved the park. The room I had was perfect clean and comfortable the kitchenette toilet an bathroom were great loved the shower. The owners were lovely

We booked room 2 on saturday for the night ,we loved every part of fairy springs motel facilities and the property owners were awesome. , it was so peaceful , the kids loved the little playground area and was amazed with the minture play houses there. Thank you so much for having us :)

Their was absolutely nothing we didn't like.

The room was more spacious than expected! The staff were kind and were not in the way at all! The provided utensils, tea/hot chocolate and soaps were a bonus aswell!

The pillows were too soft. Very minor!

I liked that it was close to everything we wanted to do during our stay.. Fit me and my family well. Nice and clean and very welcoming

Bed was a little uncomfortable & heater in the lounge wouldn’t work.

Apartment/rooms were a good size, clean and had everything you need, shower was hot & filter coffee & plunger in the room always a plus. Gentlemen on the desk was very polite and helpful.

Everything was fine and as we expected 😊
