Location, cleanness, comfy bed

You can hear upstairs guests talking, so do next-doors people talking so clearly in the bathroom. However, not bother us much as we're out most of the time and in the room for sleeping only. People generally not talking overnight. Btw unlike most of the accommodations, you'll get charged for credit card fee, which are not included in the price.

Spacious room with huge tv, very comfy bed, big bathroom and a wonderful kitchenette. I could easily stay somewhere likes this for a week. It was very quiet, little noise from other rooms or guests even though fully booked.

Rooms have been modernized but what was bizarre is it looks like they put back the old fixtures like the heat pump, wall heater, bathroom heater etc which were all yellowed and looked dreadful. Such a shame because it really is a wonderful place to stay BUT aside from this I would stay there again.

cooling options - overhead fan and air conditioning. Large TV with plenty of viewing options. Good sized bathroom. Within walking distance to city areas and eateries. Secure underground parking (although very tight when bigger vehicles are in there).

Parking is very tight when large vehicles are in there. Not much milk, only 6 of the small UHF packets, not enough coffee for 2 people. Dead birds in parking lot.

Great value for money, large tidy rooms with all the facilities, accommodating staff & awesome service from the housekeeping team. Also convenient location with heaps of parking! Highly recommend

Not really anything I can fault this place for, occasionally a little busy if you're looking for somewhere very quiet you might want to book somewhere out of the city, however as far as inner city accommodation goes this place is fantastic value.

It was a comfortable room with all the facilities we required. The only downside were the threat of high charges if we set the firwe alarm off through cooking withpout opening the window. A politre request would have been better

Was made to feel welcome from the start. Room and bathroom very clean. Cleaning and reception staff brilliant - nothing was a problem and they were always friendly.

Air conditioning a little bit ineffective - maybe just me though.

Have stayed here a few times. Staff have always been amazing, super friendly and always accommodating to my last minute requests. Even the cleaner is super helpful and friendly

Enjoyed a large room, plenty of space and well appointed Bonus to find a good plunge & coffee on the Bench :)

Only downside was our poor luck to have an energetic child who was running around in the room above us. Would have been nice if they’d stepped a bit softer. Fortunately was only in the morning before we departed.

I found the motel was very clean and also I had a lovely peaceful sleep as I didn’t hear any traffic noise or other guests noise either

I couldn’t watch tv on Netflix as it was coded onto someone else’s name . Not really a problem worthy of a bad experience though

We booked a spot for our car, we had it when we arrived. But we went to have dinner and when we came back, we had to leave our car outside on the street around the corner because there were not places available to park.
