Everything was great. There was enough milk, tea, coffee as well as laundry powder and dishwashing tablets. If I needed clean towels or the bed made that was no problem. The room was very spacious, the beds were very comfortable and we loved the shower!

I would have liked an airing rack to dry some of my clothes that can’t go in the dryer. Also, I would have liked liquid soap when washing my hands or at least, a soap dish to put the soap on. Finally, we had to pay an extra $15 per day for secure parking, otherwise we had to leave our rental car parked across the road. We were not comfortable leaving our car in an open car park, due to the possibility of vandalism. So we took the hit and paid $15 per night for secure parking. Given that we had already paid good money for the room I feel this was a bit of a rip-off.

It's not my first time here. I enjoyed it always. I liked especially the Spa bath but wasn't working well. I also liked the easy access to the room(s) from reception - my 2 children were in a separate room.

The carpark underground is terrible! Plse get some engineers to re-plan it and restructure it. Get some parking space on street for the hotel as well. Payment to be made to the hotel for on street parking. I liked our ground level rooms but outside porch have easy access to all the rooms on that side. We came back one night and there had been some people smoking outside our porch 🤦‍♀️

Everything we wanted to get to was within easy walking distance. The apartment had all the facilities we needed for our stay. The person who checked us in knew that the view from that apartment faced a blue tarp, so she gave us another room.

One of the downlights in an area was flickering, so we opted to keep it off. This meant the other lights in the same circuit were off as well, even though they functioned correctly. We liked where the room was situated, so we chose not to complain as we did not want to be moved.

Great location, just a block away from restaurants and bars. 3 bedroom apartment was excellent and very spacious with everything you need for your stay. Front desk agent was wonderful and she tried to help us connect to internet but for some reason non of our devices could connect. She even brought some medicine for me, which was a very nice touch. She was very nice and professional. Great customer service.

Internet did not work during our stay, and the front desk agent did everything she could to accommodate us. Unfortunately we could not connect any of our devices on couple of options she provided.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. The living area was very large, and the rooms were large as well. I will definitely be coming back! The staff were lovely. The TV was a modern TV capable of chrome casting (heres is a tip, if you're going out for dinner, don't leave your TV on. Otherwise, your neighbor might accidentally chrome cast what they are watching).

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, it needs a refresh, grout cleaned, and a tile was falling out in the bathroom. There was stuff at the bottom of the shower as if it wasn't cleaned for a while. None of this affected our stay however, everything else was perfect.

Excellent facilities and well done to the staff at the front desk very helpful and very people friendly. Security was also appreciated and of a high standard from carpark to lifts. The views were amazing also the outdoor balconies.

Our stay was Not long enough as we were visiting a family member at the hospital who had suffered a mild stroke. It was great to return to the apartment and relax. It also helped us to timeout from the sad circumstances. Our family member is now home and recovering well. So, a huge thank you to the staff and hotel for the wonderful accommodation. We also appreciated. the laundry facilities which enabled us to wash our family member's clothing and provide a fresh change of clothing. Thank you so much to the hotel.

Spacious apartment, within a short walk of eateries and waterfront. Large comfortable bed.

Some furnishings were rather tatty and in need of replacement - not sure why everything was needed as it made moving around difficult, especially around the dining table. The spa bath was a disaster! Despite the (flimsy) curtain provided, water shot all over the bathroom soaking towels, toilet rolls, wash bags etc and a load of dirty sand/grit came out of the jets. The washer/dryer had confusing instructions and not as convenient as a separate washing machine and tumble dryer.

On arrival, we were able to find parking immediately. There was parking on the streets surrounding Quest. Our greeting from the reception was hospitable. She explained that she had upgraded us to an executive suite. Excellent. It was easy access to our room, even after hours. Overall my whānau and I were happy to stay with Quest.

Even with the heat pump on it was cold in the morning.

The room was so much bigger than I thought and everything I needed for me stay. It was warm and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable so I had a great nights sleep. Great channel selection on the TV due to sky which is great when you away on your own.

I couldn't get the hair dryer to work but that's a minor. It was clean apart from a bit of dirty grout in the bath/shower. Unfortunately my room looked straight out on to a construction site, but given that I was only there for a night this was a very small issue.

The room was spacious and clean. The sliding doors around the bed is a good idea too. Roomy wardrobe and easy to find extra blankets. The staff members we spoke to were very professional and friendly.

Disappointed with the picture quality of the TV. It was barely watchable. The bath looked promising but we were unable to seal the plug so couldn't use it.
