Everything was great! From location to facilities, to friendly staff, absolutely faultless! Even though it was a cold & rainy weekend, we could still sit in the hot tub & make use of the undercover area. Our room was clean, tidy & had everything we needed (& some)! We were able to walk into town for dinner & drinks with ease & were also super close to the big supermarkets. The staff were super friendly & there to greet us & show us around on check-in. The view was spectacular... We can't wait to go back to make use of the kayaks & maybe have a cast or 2!

The facilities were very good for a small hotel. The rooms were very clean and the lady who I assume owned it was very friendly and helpful. The location backing on to the ocean was lovely.

The only thing that let down this accomodation was the standard of the the kitchen and bathroom. Both were very old and tired. It also seemed dangerous that the only place we could use the kettle and toaster was on the draining board of the sink. On arrival we got our keys from a lockbox, so didnt get any information ablout the place. IN light of this, it would have been useful to have had an information folder inside the room.

Very nice place with pool and whirlpool, you can take the kayaks to explore the bay. It’s super closed to the harbour and we enjoyed the views from the pool area, where you have tables and sunbeds and a cosy lounge area. Everything was clean and neat. Ken (the host) was very friendly. He gave us some advices where to go and he even brought our forgotten stuff to the post office, so we got everything back! We really appreciate that :)

Beautiful pool area right next to the estuary which is so peaceful. They have kayaks that you can use for free whenever you like. The rooms are big & comfortable with all you need for your stay. Good location - easy to walk into town or less than 5 mins drive. The hosts Ken & Del were very friendly & helpful.

The back doors have no blinds which caused light to enter the room. You could hear noise from other rooms adjacent.

Stunning place to stay. Staff were friendly and the access to town or the waters edge was amazing. Kayaks were great fun. Comfortable and clean rooms Great pool and hot tub (Spa) for lazing around outside Nice walk into town thought the marina, 10 min walk if that!

Great location walk to ferry and town, very clean and comfortable. Recently refurbished and very nice. Ken was very helpful and friendly. Pool area would be great in summer. Bbq was easy to use and clean. Lovely deck on water and views to enjoy.

Unsure why oven and portable induction cooktop in kitchen when there are strict cooking restrictions. Only a minor comment.

Lovely location, very clean, nice facilities. Ken and Del (managers) were very pleasant and helpful.

Only challenge was one very large group who also stayed at the same time and for one of our days there they took over all of the outdoor space. Ken and Del were on it and dealt appropriately with the group.

Great location for the value, the room was really clean and comfortable. Very quiet location, the host was friendly and allowed me to get into the room earlier than I was supposed too Really nice spa that I used during the night while stargazing, with a glass of wine :) Thank you for keeping the place knit

The comfiest hotel beds we've stayed in, the bed and pillow were all so comfy, we had a great sleep each night. The pool area was beautifully maintained and relaxing. The staff were all lovely and gave a personal touch to our experience, they were all super helpful and friendly.

Nothing, everything about our stay was great.

Host Ron makes the extra mile for his customers. He is very nice and helpful. The facilities are clean and very up-to-date. The walk to ‚downtown‘ is convenient and pleasant. Our room (seaview, G/F) was excellent and very comfortable.
