everything you’d expect from a Hilton - clean, large comfortable beds, room service was efficient and food was absolutely delicious. and the breakfast spread was great.

we arrived late at night and they asked to hold our passports overnight, which we didn’t feel comfortable with, but we weren’t given much choice. we found out later that some establishments use old technology to record passport info, which requires them to hold your passport, so something to be aware of! the staff also spoke no English, so recommend brushing up on Spanish or having google translate handy. otherwise, really good stay!

the rooms are large, the bed is super comfortable and my room was really silent so I slept great. wifi is very good. the staff is very nice and accommodating. the breakfast is good, the food at the restaurant is great (the portions are huge).

the shower curtain did not keep the water in the shower and I kept making a pool outside every day. the a/c at the gym has a fixed temperature which is not cold enough.

It’s my second visit to this establishment and I enjoy staying here obviously. It’s cozy, comfortable and relaxing. The staff are always very friendly and the pool is wonderful.

The only issue I have is that the executive lounge is still not open and it doesn’t state this on the website although they do compensate for this at the bar with a couple of free drinks and canapés. It would be nice to know if they intend to reopen the lounge eventually as it’s been closed since COVID.

I loved how friendly and attentive the staff were! they went above and beyond to make my family feel welcomed. the room itself was beautiful and clean. I truly hope to stay here again one day! 1000000/10

the door was about an inch bigger than the door frame and didn’t allow the door to close completely. but that wasn’t something that I really cared about.

I absolutely loved staying here. It has a very homey vintage style and elegant. Loved the pool and the property itself. The rooms and gym all superb.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that we were placed next to a smoking room. but that is an oversight. and a minor one. we will definitely just ask to ensure That smokers are not anywhere near our room. I have a weak immune system and smoke tends to bring me cough

the hotel is beautiful with a lot of attention to detail. the rooms have a very classical look and I personally love that. the hotel staff is wonderful and I highly recommend the car service. Fyi you pay the driver directly in cash. it’s not bad. $20 a ride for the airport. When I come back I will definitely be staying here again

Liked everything. Breakfast was excellent. Room was a good size for a couple as the nice big comfy bed. Close to many restaurants and bars within walking distance and close by is the metrocentro mall

when I booked it , I thought breakfast was included but when I checked in they told me that breakfast was not included. Every time I travel and I stay in a hotel breakfast is always included. It was not clean , everyday we have breakfast at the same table and I noticed the floor where dirty. The pool is for young children, my kids did not like it because it was not deep enough, it's 3 feet all way long

Nice hotel in Managua! Lovely staff and ok breakfast.

Found a cockroach in our room, over priced for what it was to be honest. We paid over $200 for this room for one night. Pool was in the shade and no sun beds.
