The beds were super comfy - 2 single beds in our large room for our 2 kids as well as a large king size bed for us. The rooms are incredibly well insulated, no noise from planes / traffic or other guests. Breakfast was incredible. On checking in, the receptionist said they had a 'small breakfast'. It was brilliant - the kids were over the moon. Every option possible. Super close to the airport, 5 min walk to check in!

The prices in the bar for food and drinks were exceptionally high. We arrived late, kitchen was closed, and room service was exceptionally expensive too. Don't drink from the mini bar as no prices were in our room, but we checked with reception before drinking or eating anything!

Great location by the terminal, though I don't think it's that much closer than the Scandic hotel (at least most of the walk is covered). The breakfast buffet, although not particularly varied or very large, was of very good quality. Good view over the tarmac. Very good blackout curtains. Comfy bed. Definitely cheaper than staying directly in Bergen with a comparable 4* hotel. Only ~50 min away from the city by tram (and roughly 4$ per journey!).

The shower takes literally 2 minutes to get warm. The bed is comfy, but the mattress is very soft and might not suit everyone. Although I asked for my room to be cleaned after the first night with the door cardboard thingy, it wasn't cleaned (the reception was quick to send someone to "resupply" me however). The lighting is quite tricky to operate, a ton of switches, not particularly logical.

Location perfect for early flights. Staff nice and helpful. Bed is comfortable and dark shades. There's free tea and coffee for guest in the lobby.

Bath is annoying - shower head needs replacing. Makes the shower a bad experience. Not even a shelf near the bed unless you room upgrade for 25$. There is room for it, it seems it was taken out on purpose, so was the kettle so they have something to charge extra for and be competative with other airport hotels. For a 4 star hotel its really embaracing.

Room was clean + nicely furnished. Room was also surprisingly quiet given how close it is to the airport runway. The location is unbeatable if you have an early flight our of Bergen: the terminal is literally just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. They also provide a cold buffet breakfast starting at 4am.

The bathroom walls + door in the room are glass and not totally opaque, which means that you can easily be seen by someone else in the room when using the bathroom. I'm sure that whomever designed the hotel thought this was a clever/trendy/modern feature, but it isn't functional and is actually an example of a 100% thoughtless design.

The glass doors on the bathroom are terrible! Who wants to see through when people are showering or using the toilet? Everyone wants privacy! Not only the white Smokey glass but the clear glass on the edges. AND if someone has to get up early to shower the other tenant does not want the light on. Poor planning.

Could not be closer to the airport. Amazing breakfast buffet. Very good restaurant. Close to transportation into the city center. Very modern design. Everything worked. Staff was very helpful . Free parking.

No USB charging outlets in room. No power adapters for sale in hotel, had to walk to airport convenience store to purchase. The glass enclosure for the shower and bathroom area was ... strange - no privacy. Parking was a little confusing

The 4 am breakfast buffet was bountiful and beautifully arranged. I had a long day of travel ahead of me; up at 3 am then arriving that night in Nairobi at midnight. My body was prepared with a nutritious and filling breakfast. At 4:45 am in the morning to be able to basically walk across the parking lot to the airport for a 6 am flight was a true luxury.

Housekeeping had forgotten to restock the towels in the bedroom. A coffee station in the bedroom would have been wonderful.

Location - close to the airport. But it was a ~10 min slow walk with luggage and involved a slight uphill. From the airport, it was easy access to the city center via the tram/light-rail. Dinner options were limited but the burger was good. Reception staff was friendly. The room had a desk, a comfortable swivel chair, many electrical outlets, and effective dark out curtains. Shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water.

The bed was too soft with oversized, overstuffed pillows. I stayed two nights and noted after the first night that the housekeeping was subpar - did not replenish empty tissue box, did not replace the bed sheet that was laundered but obviously stained from what appears to be blood. (I placed the stained side of the sheet in plain view before I went out for the day.) However, they were promptly corrected after I returned and contacted the reception. The room did not have a safe box. Minor point - Was told at check in that the included breakfast was from 4-11 am, but in fact, it was not a complete buffet offering with hot food until 6 am.

Perfect location after a late arriving flight just before midnight. The room was fine, nothing to write home about. The breakfast though was absolutely fantastic, highly recommend.

The room was quite unusual with two seemingly temporary single beds in addition to a standard double. The bathroom was not a great standard but clean and good enough. Due to the good location you have to accept paying a bit more but I would have expected a nicer room to further justify the price.

You can’t get closer to the airport than this and get you can’t even hear a single plane arriving or departing. The included breakfast spread is amazing and we also had dinner in the hotel which was very good. Beds are comfy and I appreciated having a bath to relax in. Top notch hotel for an overnight stay before an early flight.

Would be good to have a fan in the room as there’s no air con and obviously you can’t open the windows
