The apartment was central to everything. Handy supermarket below and great little kitchen. Stayed for four nights and was a great base for exploring oslo.

Trying to find the office to check in was complicated even with Google maps. There are two buildings listed as 15b and this was the one at the back. Spent a frustrated 30 mins trying to locate it. Said would check in at 3pm (the earliest we could) as we arrived in Oslo at around 10am so really wanted to get settled. At 3.30 we were told the cleaner was running late and we had to wait until 4 to access the apartment.

Cozy, clean apartment with perfect location in quiet neighborhood, with enjoyable balcony (2 chairs and coffee table). Comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Good location for public transport 5min walk to tram/metro stations. Shop available 7-23 in the same apartment building

Shower doors were not convenient, difficult to walk out dry, water splashes all over the place ant there was no shelves in the shower. No mat outside shower. No toiletries like shampoo or shower gel.

It was close to Oslo Central station. Just about 700 metres. Close by to everything.

The key collection process was cumbersome complicated and very tiring. It took us 2 hours to just get the keys.the directions were not clear. No Google maps used . Very complicated and highly frustrating it was to find the location.

Nice localization, comfortable bed (specialy single-person bed), good wifi.

Bad contact with owners - had to write/call couple of times to get any information.

This apartment is a great choice for both families and individual travelers. First off, the location is simply superb - within a walking distance from the central train and bus stations. It's also very conveniently located if you want to see popular tourist attractions. It was easy to find the apartment key and the building itself because the owner was constantly in touch and provided clear and complete instructions. The apartment was clean, spacious and contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There are plenty of stores, coffee shops and cafes in the area. Bus and tram stops are within a walking distance so it's easy to get anywhere without a hassle.

- The apartment doesn't look as good as in the pictures, some furniture is old (but still useable) - Pillow cases are worn and need to be replaced, pillows are not very comfortable - The lighting in some rooms is insufficient - A shoe rack would be perfect 🙂

Very clean and nice place to stay in Oslo. Close to the train station (5min walking when using steps next to the Bjorvika office.) and Busterminal. The food shop is located in the same building downstairs. The apartment is very nice, modern with all necessary equipment. The beds are comfortable and clean. The heating floor in the bathroom is a real bonus. Great place for couple, single or small family.

I was surprised that there were not a few tea in bags or coffee in the kitchen. It would be nice to have hot tea after the trip. Second thing, there was no travel size bathroom cosmetics like shampoo, shower gel or body cream which seems obvious especially when you pay a lot of money for this type of Apartment.

After the free cancellation period had passed, I paid more attention to the reviews, and they got me worried as to what the apartment would be like, as many of them mentioned uncomfortable beds, not enough kitchen equipment, one fan etc. Our apartment had none of these issues whatsoever, which made me think that the management listened to and acted on the reviews. The apartment had kettle, cafetiere, microwave, oven, cutlery, toaster, pans, dishwasher liquid, hand soap, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, ironing board, iron, clothes horse, plug extension cables, electric heater, and the mattresses were comfortable. Two fans were provided, and the TV even had a Chromecast plugged in! Very comfortable apartment, cosy, easy to find, and close to restaurants, supermarkets, pubs, and the bus station. Great stay!

There was nothing I did not like.

Very practical apartments located close to the center. They are well furnished and pretty spacious. They were easy to find and practical for our stay in Oslo. Also the staff was efficient whenever in helping with our needs.

The bathroom had problems with the evacuation of water and made it a bit annoying to shower or use it in general as the floor would always be super wet. Also there would be weird noises coming from either the heater or the fridge or ventilation that would be pretty loud from time to time. Also the kitchen had no basic condiments and we had to buy them all which is a bit annoying when you just stay for a couple of days. Apart from those minor disturbances, the place was great.

Spotless and beautiful apartment iwithin very easy reach of the main areas of Oslo (20 min walk to Grunelokke, less to the main shopping street and Opera House) just 2 minutes away from the bus station, which was perfect. Situated in the vibrant Grønland area of Oslo, just minutes away from a fabulous Tap House and restaurants. Teaterplassen is a really pretty little square overlooking a drama studio and office blocks so not overlooked in the evening once everyone has gone home. Wonderful lady at the Reception desk worked really hard to find us an apartment that was ready for an earlier check in, as she could see how tired we were, having travelled since 3 am that morning. Apartment was a very sort walk away from main Reception.

The only tiny gripe was that I would have liked an extra pillow, but this is so tiny.

The location was great. Right next to central station, surrounded by little restaurants and shops. There's a supermarket right below, which was really useful, and it was easy to walk into the center. The area felt quiet, but safe, and the apartment was warm and inviting.

Some of the instructions were a little unclear regarding rubbish disposal. We weren't sure if we were meant to do it as we left, or whether it was included in the cleaning fee (which I feel it should have been) and the instructions given were mainly for if you needed to empty the bins during your stay. Either way, we removed everything and thought we would drop it off at the bin store on our way to the airport, only to realise you needed the key fob to get into the bin store, which we had left locked in the apartment 3 stories up. To be fair, it does say at the end of the instructions that you will need the key fob to access the bin store, so that is on us, but we only read that as we were already in the elevator with the recycling.
