The automated check-in process was a little daunting for a weary tourist, but that was resolved easily with the on-site staff person. The room was very comfortable and was set up with a really nice kitchenette. I didn't get to experience that because my stay was shortened due to airline delays, but I could see the value. The shower/bath was great and having a table to sit at was nice. When I travel I do a lot of walkabouts. From the Frogner I wandered down to the harbor where there were a number of bars, restaurants, and activities. There is also a cluster of bars and restaurants close by. The Royal Palace and another Oslo hot spot of dining, culture, and shipping are also within walking distance. It was a good spot from which to start my walks.

Location and facilities are excellent.

Although our reservation was for three people, we were only given a double bed until we requested another. Towels and linens had to be changed for an additional fee.

Location was great. Close to a lot of restaurants and cafes and walking distance to trams and public transportation options. We were 2 adults with 2 kids - 5 & 8 years old and had all the beds set up when we arrived. Room was clean , so was the bathroom. There was enough space for us and the kitchenette was more than sufficient for our 2 day stay. Check in was easy with the Machine and the reservation code they provided over email a few days before. Room had a mini fridge and mini dish washer as well as all utensils u would need. Elevators to access the upper floors as well. If windows are open, it could get a bit noisy especially at night, since we did hear people walking around (probably partying in the near by area ) till 2 AM or so.

It was just perfect for our stay. It was a bit warm when we were in Oslo. After the cool of Stavanger / Bergen and Alesund, we felt a bit stuffy in the room even with the windows open. A small fan was provided, but a cooler / bigger fan would have been better.

The location is very good: just a few minutes walking from the main attractions. The room was nice, clean and large. The kitchenette was well equipped. It was easy to pick up the door card from a check-in machine at the entrance. Also, we could use a storage room for our luggage - very convenient if you arrive too early (in fact, we were allowed to pick the the card before the scheduled check-in time). There is a 7-11 shop nearby, but you can also go to Kiwi or Rema1000 a bit further (still relatively close).

The room rate was extremely high. In fact, we would stay even longer, but decided to travel outside Oslo instead.

The location was great. Walking distance from a lot of the things we wanted to see, also right next to a tram stop. The apartment was above a great cafe and very close to several pubs, restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette was well furnished with cups, glasses, plates etc.

It was quite hot and there was no air conditioning. We were also in an apartment facing the road so it got pretty noisy on weekend nights. It would have been better to have an apartment facing away from the road.

the main bed was super comfortable. the room was really so clean. easy check in & out. the hotel send you all the information ahead. you can park your car for 10 minutes for free in front of the hotel to make the check in and leave your luggage. the is a parking house near by, Solli parking, very convenient, 5 minutes walking distance.

the extra bed not comfortable and one of them was broken. if you get a shower the water will run all over the bathroom floor. kettle cable is too short so you can't use the electric plug in the kitchen. The breakfast is not good value for money. they don't have parking and that's normal in Oslo, but it's expensive all over Oslo, the hour will cost you more than 4$. all day around $45.

Excellent location. Well appointed apartment with all items needed for a longer stay, good cooking & laundry facilities. I was able to check in early, which was great & I extended my stay without any problems, great service from the staff. Plenty of local shops, restaurants & bars within a couple of minutes walking distance.

The lighting in the room could be a little brighter. I was also provided with additional towels which were not really required, maybe not so good for the environment.

Great location (but a little noisy), room very well equipped (especially the kitchen was excellent). Great to have breakfast delivered, which was high quality and fresh. Washing machine access was a bonus. The only issue was it was very hot while we were there, and because the street was noisy, we couldn't cool down by having the window open. The desk kindly provided a fan for us which solved the issue.

Better to have a nespresso capsule with breakfast rather than powdered coffee, but I'm really being picky!

The situation was perfect. The room was wonderful, it was so helpful to include a dishwasher and a proper sized fridge. The only thing extra that would have been good was an extra towel rail in the bathroom as the hooks were a bit small to be useful. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. For 2 people it was a perfect apartment. The laundry facility was also really helpful and easy to use.

Great location, close to trams, eateries, supermarkets. very convenient and good vibe. Clean and stylish studio with balcony. Comfortable bed and armchairs. While the kitchen was small it had everything we needed and we were able to cook as needed.

Checkin was odd. While there were people working there it wasn’t a reception as such and when we had trouble with the checkin machine they assisted us reluctantly. However, this was minor.
