We are into three very beautiful apartments with dishwashers, washers and dryers in one call mom, kitchenette with detergent and dishwasher soap, free. The location is in the most expensive area in Oslo, five minutes walk from the kings palace, and three minutes walk from 7-Eleven

Elevator has not been working, apparently for several months. The company should install a new elevator if they cannot fix the current one. We had to carry 60 pound bags up to the fifth floor and that was a horrible experience. And we had to go up and down five stories a few times a day which is not suitable for older and sick people 

Great location in a lovely neighbourhood with supermarket, shops and bars nearby. Good transport options or a short walk to centre. Apartment was clean and new with a great shower, comfortable beds and a washer-dryer which was fantastic. Great kitchenette with oven. Nice to have been given some coffee pods and a few things like oil and washing up liquid too, and even a few drinks. No one on-site but all my questions were answered very promptly by the efficient online service. Nice to be able to use lockers before and after check in too.

It’s a small thing but the kitchen could have been better stocked with utensils and a few more plates. Was a bit annoying only having one plate/fork/knife per person. Also the elevator clearly hasn’t worked for a long time. The TV didn’t work either which is fine but then don’t advertise it as a feature of the apartment. Generally though it was a lovely place to stay and great value.

The studio was great, very functional, modern and quiet and had a good washing machine. Minor side note, but important to me, very good hair dryer!

Most importantly the Wifi needs improving urgently. I had read about it before booking it, but it had not improved by the time I stayed. It was useable, but I had some Teams calls and it was impossible to do them with video. Also, an airer to borrow from the "service station" might be helpful, although the washing machine has a dryer, not every laundry can be dried in a tumble dryer.

Very clean, fresh and cozy apartments, all building is fully renovated. Fast online check-in and great support by whatsapp. Everything that you need to cook for two persons, a compact dishwasher and washing machine with a dryer function - loved it! Soap, shower gel and shampoo was great, did't needed to buy some. Hair dryer and all of the electronics in the apartment was new. Few supermarkets are about 5 mins from the apartments. Location is perfect for travel by foot. You just can't get something better for that price!

Wi-fi was a little low in the evenings. A bit noisy at friday night outside. Only few channels and radio stations on TV (no smart tv). No freezer in the fridge. You need to contact support a day before to empty your garbage bin.

Great location. Clean and spacious as advertised. In general the whatsapp communication worked well - they always responded promptly - but if there ever is an issue that needs some more complex discussion, it's better to have a person actually to talk to. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

There could have been more left luggage space. In a hotel with a front desk they would always find somewhere to put it, but with a finite number of lockers, they did run out of space.

Well equipped, serviced apartment within easy walking distance of downtown Oslo and the airport express train. Perfectly suited for a short business stay. Will definitely consider staying here again on the next trip.

Given that it is a serviced apartment, rather than a hotel with breakfast facilities it would have been useful to have some information provided about the nearest supermarket / convenience store to hand, either at the apartment or through the app.

Loved the location in a nice neighborhood close to public transportation. Really nice staff at housekeeping. Kitchenette with all I needed. Great design of the unit. Easy and helpful communication at check-in.

No cooling air condition and on sunny days was very hot in the room. Many nights noise from people near the building. The fire alarm went on twice. Once at 4am.

the location was in the heart of Trendy Oslo. easy access to central Oslo via trains, trams, taxis and electric scooters

the floor was really really dirty. all our feet and socks were really black and dirty to the extent we had to Chuck away our new white socks. we complained they gave us mop and bucket which was not sufficient enough. there was a ‘bong pipe ‘ under the sink. clearly some one did not do the cleaning properly

Super amazing aparthotel. They accept customer with some drinks, water, kaffe and late snack. Really appreciated. The price is not that much expensive when comparing the server one get. There is possibility to wash clothes in the room(there is laundry machine)

Wife. Very bad connection and un connected automatically many times from the device. And slow speed. The hotel management should think about it seriously

The location was fantastic. The apartment had everything we needed and was well stocked. The bedding and other furnishings were comfortable.

The front balcony rooms get very hot in the afternoon and early evening from the sun. It would be great if there was a fan or some other ventilation besides the windows.
