The location is superb. The breakfast is fantastic - wide choice from warm meals and local specialities to cereals and fruit. Service was very nice, free coffee and tea in the lobby all day. Three of us stayed for 4 nights in a room with kitchen corner. The size was really good - room divided with half walls to a kitchen, a bedroom and a living area. The only downside were the beds. The double bed was too soft, wobly and small. My friend slept on the sofa and she was afraid it could collapse. Other then that we would give 10 out of 10. But because we stayed for 4 nights, the sleep was a crucial thing.

Uncomfortable shaky beds.

There really is nothing to complain about here. Location's about 25 minutes from the centre of Oslo, but it's a nice walk and there are plenty of amenities around. We were there for the athletics and so only a 10 minute stroll to the stadium. The staff were mega helpful when we arrived at 2am; and on our way home, because we were leaving before breakfast, they packaged up a sandwich, yogurt, orange, and drink for the journey. The room was large, as was the bathroom, both spotless. When we're next in Oslo we'll definitely stay here.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Getting the doors to lock takes a bit of figuring out, but that's about it.

The hotel was fantastic. Basic facilities including a little kitchen with a fridge was really useful. Room was spacious and bathroom was really big. The bed was super comfy and the heated floor in the bathroom was luxurious after a day of skiing! All staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast staff who were always smiling first thing in the morning. The hotel is very good value for money as breakfast was included in the room price. The standard of breakfast was incredible given than I didn’t expect it to be included. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

I didn’t find the pillows very comfortable but not bad enough to complain about! Everything else was brilliant and we have no other complaints.

location is very central and was a short bus ride away from the central train station. we booked 2 rooms and asked if they could be close by- the management arranged this and we got two rooms facing each other. family rooms are a nice size and comfortable for self catering as requested. staff was very helpful and forthcoming - they offered an electrical extension cord with extra sockets that my son asked for. breakfast has a very wide selection and good quality- was able to efficiently handle the mass of guests arriving to eat all at the rush hour.

We had a superior double room which was very nice with the unexpected bonus of a small balcony. There was also cooking facilities as well as a microwave oven. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. For the price we paid and in the center of Oslo we could not have expected more. Breakfast is particularly worth a mention at this hotel and well worth the price. There is a good range of things to try and they even managed to provide fried eggs that were actually warm, a bit of a rarity these days.

It is a shame there is no hotel bar as these are often good places to wind down before going to bed but the sky bar at the Raddison Blu is just a two minute walk away which is some compensation. Our bathroom though perfectly functional was perhaps little on the small side but that wouldn't really put me off. Although the room was cleaned each day our coffee was not replaced which was probably just an oversight. Nothing too bad for us to complain about for our stay here and we left with a positive view of the place.

The hotel was lovely, great easy location. clean, bright. the rooms were wonderfully decorated and the shower was a dream. the bed was super comfortable and the gym had great facilities. I did find it odd that the gym was on the side of the road, with big windows so people could see you working out from the street. All staff were helpful, smiley and happy to help at all times. I am so pleased I chose to stay here.

I was working from the room and the desk unfortunately did not have a plug nearby but the hotel did provide an extension lead which solved the issue. My room (on 9th floor- was on the cold temperature side) I did not see any controls to try to change the temperature.

Very good location and easy to find. Reasonably central but not overly noisy. Excellent breakfast.

The staff around the hotel were generally very good - cleaners, breakfast room staff etc. The staff on reception could do with a little more training. They were not proactive in offering information and one actually ignored us when we stopped at the desk, then we realised she was on a phone call but using her hands-free headset. She could have acknowledged us and just pointed to the headset!

Awesome breakfast! The variety of food was amazing.

we are a family of 4 with 2 (13 yo) kids. Not sure why but hotel made us book 2 rooms even though our kids could have fitted on the couch since there were 2 separate areas in the room. So hotel was double the price for us what it should have been. Other than that, great hotel with brand new fully equipped gym. Great location, amazing breakfast and they gave us umbrellas when we needed them

The hotel is at a great location close to the city center and you can go anywhere from there by foot or with public transportation. The room was comfortable and had a small kitchen area. The breakfast was really great with many options. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

No AC. No safe in the room.

I booked a business room, which was supposed to have a mini kitchen. But my room didn't have this at all, just a mini fridge. There was also a sofa bed that was made up when I checked in, which didn't make ansy sense since I was alone. I put the extra duvet on a chair to be taken away, but it stayed on that chair for the whole week.
