The staff were so helpful. The rooms unfortunately are over the town and you can hear everything. My first room also had no air con, it was no problem moving. The next room I had zero sleep due to the noise, which isn't ideal for a business trip, again they had no problem accommodating. English speaking, friendly and just lovely and welcoming. It was a month ago and I wish I could remember their names.

We have stayed here a number of times. Beautifully located in the centre of Sandnes, so great for an overnight stay if you want to avoid going home after a late night! Great restaurant, and very good breakfast. All the rooms are unique.

The only problem was a very strong smell of sewage from the bathroom. We would have reported this immediately but were to tired and simply wanted to go to sleep. We did report this in the morning however.

Brilliant and very friendly staff. Location perfect for getting around the local area including access to the airport. Restuarant open late and had a decent menu.

Although we were warned about the bar opposite, I really didn't expect the degree of noise that was going to reach our room. Karoke night in particular is worth avoiding.

The hotel is fantastic, inside an old factory, is very unique and one of a kind. The position is also ideal, close to the airport, to Stavanger and to the other beautiful places in the area The staff is one of the most kind I have ever met. I had some adjustments to do on my booking and they helped me immediately. This stay was only for one night (Guns n Roses concert) but i am planning to come back, organize a little holiday and bring my family.

Fantastic location - close to train station and easy access to / from Sandnes It has a lot of history too so loved the photos on the wall and effects dotted around the B&B

The room I was in only had small bedside lights. Was trying to work on my laptop but it was very hard to focus due to the lack of light ing in the room

In general a really nice hotel with a good location.

The airco didn't seem to work, and it was extremely hot in the room. Even opening the windows didn't help.

The location is really optimal, just next to bus- and trainstation! The rooms are very comfortable, especially the beds, and decorated in a nice style. The breakfast buffet was very tasty!
