The hotel was in a very good location , we had a room overlooking the harbour which was picture perfect. In the corridor was a small kitchen unit which you could use, it had a kettle, fridge and coffee machine (filter coffee). If you like a good dinner with a fabulous garden and view over the bay just walk out of the hotel across the road to Villa Rosehagen, not cheap but well worth it. You are about a 10 minute drive away from Preikestolen.

The room was very small with a tiny bathroom but it did have an excellent shower. Breakfast was chaotic as everybody was there at the same time and they ran out of just about everything.

Very nice hotel. Perfect location with beautiful view on the harbor. Clean room with percent beds, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. No question was too difficult and they helped with planning as much as possible. Ideal location if you want to hike to Preikestollen. Breakfast was very extensive and also dinner was good, even if the choice of different menus was a bit small.

I missed my flight, so I arrived very late at the hotel, after midnight! The owners of the house were very kind and kept in touch with me through messages and emails.. They left me the key to the room so that I could enter independently... The service was excellent and kind! The room is really small, but with a shower and toilet inside. The breakfast was good. There is parking for cars and a beautiful view! Also, the hotel is really close to pulpit rock, recommended..

Clean property, rooms were small but typical for Europe, good location with restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was mostly continental but with some heated options as well. On the floor was a common area with a small fridge and sink that was handy for keeping lunch foods and other perishables. I would stay here again.

A cozy and cute family-owned and operated hotel in Jørpeland, very close to the Jørpelands river waterfall and walking distance to the Jørpelandsholmen and the Solspeilet. Staff is super helpful and accommodating - we even received a free room upgrade for me and my wife on our honeymoon trip :) The view from the family room was awesome (see pic attached). It was a picturesque hotel with a wholesome atmosphere, accessible to people on wheelchairs. Also the parking place is highly appreciated :)

Nicely renovated hotel, very thing looked quite new and fresh. The bed was a bit bigger then I expected and of great quality. Breakfast was fine, not a huge selection, but the normal things you expect where available. The wifi worked great.

A small desk would have been nice, the room is quite small to fit it in, but switching the bedside table for a small desk should be doable in my opinion.

Private bathroom with shower and great breakfast. The location was very nice where you could walk across the street for lunch by the water or drive 12 min to the Prekestolen base camp.

Lots of stairs to carry our luggage up. There was a lift but was not operating when we were there. We were there at the end of May and there is no staff onsite in the evening if you have questions. Only in the morning when it is checkout time.

Nice rooms, very nice breakfast with excellent bread, very close to preikestolen, very nice restaurant across the street.

The reception lady was very friendly upon check-in. She was attentive to our needs and was helpful. The location was beautiful, and the included breakfast was a delicious bonus. Comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend if you are planning to use this as a rest point to hike the Pulpit Rock!
