The location of this hotel is great, you can walk to the quay from there where there are many restaurants. Our room was clean and spacious with beautiful views. During our check-in (in the evening shift) the girl in the reception was extremely helpful and kind, she was all the time smiling, and she gave us some good advice about where to go.

Our spare bed was really uncomfortable. We couldn't turn off the air conditioning which made two of my friends a little sick the next morning. On the other hand, the vegan breakfast options were not very good. Finally, we would like to add that the two girls at the reception desk in the morning shift were not cooperative at all and we did not like how they treated us.

Very nice breakfast with lots of options, nice personel. They offered an ice cream to the children as a welcome and also offers everybody croisants in a day time. The hotel provide you a map, leaflests of the attractions in a city. There is s stove for a taxi vompany and the staff orders you a taxi if you ask. Good wifi, nice shower. Very good location, close to the bus station. You can reach most of cities attractions by foot.

We stayed in a room for 4 people and the sofa (second bed) with all the iron constructions did not look safe for the small children and it was squeeky, less comfortable than the main bed. Even though the cleaning services was provided everyday (if you want), the people who work there not always did a good job.

I would like to give a compliment to Mr. Daniel. He gave me and my family such a very warm welcome and beautiful smile. He also recommend tourist attraction and some good restaurant to us. And what I like about the hotel is the location, we took a bus from Stavanger airport and the bus stop is not far from the hotel. The breakfast is with a variety of choice, the test is also good. The room temperature was very stable and keep you not too warm from the cold temperature outside.

Ample, well illuminated room with lots of mirrors, a desk, a sofa, TV. Breakfast was tasty and varied, I found everything I'd want for breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Centrally located.

The flush was not working properly, it was releasing a discharge every few minutes, whose noise disturbed my sleep on the first night. I soon learned that using the more powerful flush stopped the discharges and with that the issue was resolved.

Excelent breakfast with a lot of choises. Free coffe and tea in the lobby. The guy at the reception was very nice and open. A lot of space in our room, very comfortable beds and dim curtains. Position close to the center.

Hotel doesn't have a discount for parking, very little lobby with couchs and armchairs with spots on them. About the room, there was a lot of dust above bed headboard, Tv, hair dryer and night tables. Shower opens towards outside so you wet the bathroom a little each time.

Large comfotable room close to the centre of town. Bus and train station very close to the hotel. Good breakfast selection with plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cooked breakfast was cold on both mornings. The toilet in our room wasn't flushing properly. No one came to look at it, so we had to use the toilet in the main reception area.

Room not ready for check in at agreed upon time, had to wait in the reception for an hour. Booked a twin room, but got "upgraded" to a room with only one double bed. I was not informed, and there was no other room. Receptionist offered to turn the little sofa into a bed. When you search a hotel with twin beds as a requirement, a sofa will not do.

Nice abd helpful girls in reception, soundproofed windows, good and not crowdy breakfast, close to bus stops and city centre, good if you want to have a room with 3 single beds in stavanger, lighting and mirrors in the toilet, kettle and iron in the room

Hotel location is in the middle of Stavanger and very close to all facilities such as transport, restaurants, bars, city center etc. Staff is very friendly, always available and helpful. It occurred some questions with room quality and staff fixed it in very short time. Good breakfast. Strongly recommended to stay.

Staff were really friendly - we were surprised by the size of the room, very comfortable and spacious. We also enjoyed the fact that they offered a lunchbox/takeaway option at breakfast so we could take some extra bits with us for lunch on the rest of our journey after departure. Absolutely fab :)
