The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. It's about 6 minutes to two of the biggest malls in Muscat and 10 minutes to Mall of Oman. 😍 The room was clean and tidy and everyday the housekeeping would ask if you needed the room cleaning. 🙂 We didn't eat at the restaurant, so it's not possible to comment on the buffet.☺️ Just 7 minutes walk from the hotel is Horizon gym, and attached to it is a great health food restaurant that is very cheap, but the food is delicious.😋

The underground parking is very challenging with little space to manoeuvre, and parking outside is a lottery.😲 Sometimes, you'll find parking, and other times you have to park a few minutes away. 😭 The gym equipment is very unusual as it is a multi station, multi gym. It actually needs some explanation of how to set things up, but there is no one there, so it is trial and error. 😏 I had a subscription to Horizon, so I chose to use that.👍

Everything was fantastic. Staff was the best that I have experienced till date, of my regular travel experience. Special mentioning to Mr. Bassil, Mr. Wael and also the day Duty Manager, who were kind and made sure that my stay was the best till date. Thanks guys! keep up the good work

Internet connection was quite poor. Can be surely better, as we working people suffer to manage work after a long day of meetings. This has to be looked into in a serious way.

At check-in, the receptionist namely "Haitham", was so helpful when I didn't have local currency to pay Airport taxi driver. Haitham paid it from his pocket and advised me to exchange money from an exchange house. That exceeded my expectation really.

O Taxi service which is like Uber in Oman, cannot pick up clients from this hotel as an agreed upon deal. Which means you have to take the hotel's taxi at almost double the price of O Taxi! This was O Taxi customer service answer when i ordered a Taxi to the Airport.

Everything from Check-in to Checkout was a smooth process. The Reception people are really lovely and they help you with everything you would need for your stay. The rooms are amazing and have good working desk as well. They also have buffet breakfast at hotel for 3.5 OMR/per person and it was amazing. They allow you to order as well from outside incase you want to try something else apart from what they have in the restarent. The wifi connection in room was awesome and we were able to work for a whole week without any problems.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. The room was big, very comfy bed, great shower. Initially the location seemed a bit out of the way, but once I realised everything in Muscat is spread out, the location is actually ideally located within equal distance of all the main tourist attractions in Muscat, as well as being not too far from the airport.

Some of the staff spoke broken english and weren't very attentive, but others were friendly and helpful.

The hotel room was excellent. Really comfortable, clean, spacious and very quiet. The staff were also so welcoming and helpful. Not just in regards to the hotel stay but also with local local knowledge, where to go, what to see, and also tips for getting around. I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast too! This doesn’t vary much day to day however the spread is vast and met my needs. My highlight was being greeted by Jun and Chermine - their service was impeccable, and they soon became like friends - I am so grateful for the help and support they gave me throughout my stay. I hope to come back again soon!

Tge layout of the building

There was no microwave machine, the fridge was not cooling.. At the day of check out i went down to bring some items at 10.50 am when I came back to the room the key could not open the room, I went down to the reception to complain they told me that the hotel system locks the door and the key can not open the door from 08.00 am at the check out day.. Although I had the time a upto 12.00

My room was very comfortable, spotless clean and with excellent soundproofing. Breakfast offers many options and it's well organized in a spacious room. I want to mention the professionalism and welcoming attitude of the reception, in particular I dealt with Imal.

The hotel is not exactly close to the main touristic attractions of Muscat. However this was not a very big issue for me: the area is safe (all Oman is safe!) driving around Muscat is easy and I rented a car (like many visiting Oman).

The size of my room and hotel service in general slightly exceeded my expectations.

Smelly cigarettes in the corridor. Non smoking 🚭 room shouldn't be on the same floor with a tabacco users. TV shouldn't be that old...couldn't play my favourite songs.
