I completely satisfied with my stay.. Kudos to hotel management team. * Location is good, surrounded by gold jewellery shops :) and Big super market, Ruwi busy station ( A1 bus which goes to Airport) * Receptionist and all other people were polite, very kind and helpful * Hotel room is big, clean and everything got which we need ( Free water bottles, kettle, coffee/tea, bathroom accessories, razor etc) * Breakfast also good both continental and Indian breakfast (Dosa, idly, ghee roast etc) * Swimming pool is good and it's on roof. * Worth for every penny

We stayed there for two nights. The environment was quiet and the room was clean. The decor was nice and everything you needed was there. There was an iron and ironing board in the room, which was very good for my wife. The staffs are nice and the breakfast was good. Also, on the floors of the hotel, there is a suitable space for sitting and talking with friends. The pool is located on the roof of the hotel and you can enjoy the beautiful view of the city while sunbathing

Great stay - staff overall were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are well equipped, spacious and clean. Comfortable mattress, stable free internet in rooms (approx 3-5Mbps). Large gym with many machines and a small rooftop pool with some nice views. Breakfast was decent - would be nice if more eggless or vegan options but still plenty of vegetarian choice, including hot foods, fresh dosa and South Indian food.

Room service and food is reasonably priced, but the late night menu was unavailable - when we tried to order we were told the kitchen was closed. Maybe in room booklets should be updated to reflected for this. Getting into the hotel car park requires some tight manoeuvres but parking bays are generous and a valet parking option is offered during the day.

The hotel is primarily in the South Asian neighborhood. The entrance can get a bit confusing because it is on one of the side streets. The breakfast had plenty of options and I enjoyed it. The staff was nice and friendly. As far as location is concerned, it is probably good if u r there for business, but in hindsight, as a tourist I would choose some other neighborhood to stay. This by no way means, the hotel was bad, but if you come to Muscat as tourist, there are other better locations to stay.

Our stay was very comfortable in the hotel. the staff members were extremely helpful and very responsive to any comment. The hotel room was very spacious with many facilities and amenities provided. The breakfast provided many options which provided a variety of options. The staff in the kitchen were extremely nice and quite helpful when needed. We ate in the hotel's restaurant many times and the food was delicious, especially the chicken and fish dishes. The location was satisfactory for me because the area was safe, friendly, and close to many shops. This made things easier for us. However, many of the tourist destinations are not close by.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. A short 10mins walk from Ruwi Bus Terminal so it was convenient. The place had lifts so it was convenient for us with luggages. Got upgraded as the place was full and our original room was unavailable.

Beds made a lot of creaking sounds when getting in and out. Shower temperature couldn't be adjusted so it was either very hot or very cold.

The entire employees of the hotel were very friendly and very much helpful. By entering my room for the first time, I realized that some equipment is broken (toilet flushing and shower). The hotel staff repaired it immediately. For the price-performance ratio, I will give 5 Stars. One couldn't ask for more! Swimming pool, spa, "fitness center". All services are included in the pricing.

By entering the room for the first time (as mentioned above) the shower and toilet flushing system was broken. The refrigerator, located in a closet wasn't working during the entire stay (though I am pretty sure that this problem was fixed if I would have mentioned it in the reception). Parts of the showering system was full with rost and needs to be changed. For a 4 Star hotel, the amount of the equipment that wasn't working properly is too high. There is a "window" in the room that is covered by a curtain. Move the curtain aside, you realize that there is no window. It's blocked by a dark glass without the option to open it. This gives the customer the feeling being trapped in a box.

very cetrally located and easy to find. lots of shopping opportunities nearby. Good restaurant for lunch (indian meals) Staff is very friendly. I arrived earlier than 2 PM, and they made sure to allocate a room as soon as it was available. Gave me traditional arabic welcome drink and made me comfortable waiting for the room to be free. Definitely recommend if someone is looking for a centrally located place to stay in Muscat.

The bathromm has no separation for dry/wet area. I guess it is common practice there to not to separate it. However it would have been great to have a shower curtain so that water is not splashed all over. One another thing I didnt like is the Roach tablets smell from the bathroom.

This hotel has many advantages. First, it is located near an important bus station with direct bus lines to the airport and the Matrah Corniche. I even walked from the hotel to the Matrah area, as I found 8 km were not so bad. In addition, the room has very high quality amenities, including a glass desk. I've stayed in better rated hotels, but I've rarely seen this level of quality in the room. The hotel is situated in Ruwi, which is considered the financial district of Muscat, but at the same time it is an authentic neighbourhood with many nationalities. It is also a good spot for those seeking to purchase gold products, as it has plenty of shops. Staff were very professional and speak fluent English.

I liked everything, but just to mention something, I would say the breakfast food was not very diverse. This was not a big issue anyway.

Wonderfully appointed, quiet semi-luxury rooms with a terrific in-hotel restaurant. I expected the Golden Tulip to be nice but in all honesty the hotel exceeded my expectations. Excellent service. Just a very relaxing and welcoming place to stay. And last but not least, a short 5 to 7 minute walk to Ruwi Bus Station where you can go and come to the airport on the A1 bus and take the 4 bus line to Muttrah and all the sites along Muscat's Corniche, in clean, modern air-conditioned buses that are super cheap vs taking taxis all over the spread-out city. I would return for another stay here in a heartbeat!
