Parkings were far from the intrance (nearby parkings were occupied by restaurants and sport clubs clients) the remaining ones were designed in open area As far as I paid attention and I hope it was not a general case, the room service staff didn't use gloves to clean the trash beans and the same person was responsible for changing and replacing the towels, I have no idea about making the beds.

Good location, great room, very friendly staff, nice restaurants

For us was not an issue as we stayed only 2 nights to explore Muscat, but who wants to enjoy the sea - the beach is public, outside the hotel area and not very attractive. I would consider this hotel as a “city hotel” rather than a “resort”

Nicely designed interior. Great breakfast selection, tasty food too. Helpful staff. Well-sized room. Well maintained by room service staff.

Exterior looks very dated and not like a 5* hotel. Concierge service for booking excursions were expensive and confusing to use, lacked communication. For example, we told them we’d like to visit islands on on day and they forgot to include us, so we had to go on another day. The prices given by different members of staff varied - one staff member said 160 OMR per person for a trip to the islands! The general price given by the concierge is also more expensive than if I had found an independent tour guide but I do not feel there was anything special about the concierge service at all.

The room was clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet in general. Pool area very lively and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Room was super clean all the time. Cleaning service was super nice and helpful🤍 Access to the beach was also great to have + pool men were very helpful and nice. Always tried to helped with most convenient option! You can easily rent a car and there was no problemem without earlier check in! Thank you!

Reception service was not always helpful. Breakfast served in the palm garden was not convenient at all - birds were stealing food from plates or unfortunately make dirty things there. I was informed I was unlucky since renovation is going to an end soon, so you will not have this problem. Sunbeds are not enough in quantity which made people reserve them early morning and it was a bit stressful that if you come late you litteraly have no place at the pool! I don’t like it at all since people were competing for places.

On check in I requested a quiet room and was given a quiet room which was much appreciated. I was also happy that the hotel served an early breakfast for all of us who were racing on the Saturday.

The food at Tomato was not good at all. I ordered rigatoni with eggplant but struggled to find any eggplant in the dish. The food was bland and tasteless. The service at the all-day dining was not good. I don't expect to have to go and get my own tea in a 5-star hotel. No one came to take our order for drinks at breakfast so I went to the counter to order my own, which didn't appear so I went back again to stand and wait to serve myself, carrying the tray to my table. The tables were not cleared so we ended up with a lot of dirty plates and dishes on our table.

The sea-facing bedroom was large and well-appointed. We liked the quality of the furnishings in this wonderful 5-star hotel. Wherever you go the staff are great, and the swimming pools and beach are very good. This is a very scenic and relaxing location between the mountains and the warm blue Indian Ocean.

I find it hard to find fault except to say a happy hour would be nice at the beach bar and the restaurant a the beach was a little disappointing given the price of the food.

-luxury room, luxury bathroom, luxury everything -bathrobes provided, so soft alongside the Byredo shampoos is really an indulgence -breakfast was unreal, so good, so much choice from Indian to South East Asian, to Continental, American and even Italian focaccias and French Actimel; wow I ate for a few days there. Only place in Oman where I found Almond Milk for my latte, what a pleasure. -facilities were amazing too: 1. Two tennis courts, free to use for guests, equipment provided 2. Two pools, one to chill, one to do laps 3. Top class gym with perfect AC with all equipment necessary for all those gym bros out there 4. Table-tennis and fussball -paid £150 for one night stay on Booking -friendly staff gave us a 4pm check-out as we had a late flight out which was super kind

-shame there is no private beach but the public beach is there in case you prefer sea over pool but unlikely you will -there should be a parking distinction for those staying in the hotel and those visiting the hotel in my opinion

In a 2 or 3 star hotel you almost allways get a bottle of water in the room with the compliments. Here you have to pay.

-The hotel is very modern, well designed, provides very good facilities, including restaurants, cafes, pool, very well equipped gym, sauna and jacuzzi. -our room was of a decent size and equipped with everything we needed, including hairdryer, iron, dental kit, mini bar (coffee machine, water, soft and alcoholic drinks and snacks) -there is a large parking space available for guests - the hotel is situated within a walking distance from a little shopping mall with Starbucks, subway etc. A special paragraph is needed for an outstanding breakfast that is served each morning. Not only there is a huge variety of food for vegans, vegetarians and pescatarians but also those with food allergies and intolerances. All food is very fresh, each day there is something new, dishes are clearly labelled and well displayed. The foods and drinks (coffee, fresh juices) were exceptional. It must be added that the staff who work at the restaurant aid to the breakfast experience. They are extremely polite and make you feel welcome. Special thanks to Prem, Upali and Krmar who made our stay at the hotel one of a kind. Thank you for your smiles, professionalism and kindness. We will be back!!!
