Staff is service oriented. Taybat Restaurant staff is very welcoming and helpful to name Aizzel, Florie Ann and Marites. Also to Gretchen of the Executive Lounge at 7th Floor. Also to Mohammed, our Maintenance help at 7th floor. Just also want to say thank you to Moni of the Reception.

Clean and the mall attached to the hotel

A++. Once again we came back to this hotel. Me and my family loved staying here. This time we got the beautiful luxury apartment! The Apartment was huge and outstanding! Each room was magnificent! The kitchen was very well organized and could find anything that was needed! The quality and cleanliness of the whole apartment was great! A+. Grand Millennium Muscat is excellent and the service is wonderful! & thats why i am a retruning guest :) The swimming pool was great and clean! The Staff were very helpful, kind, and professtional! Worth the price and the location the best! Connected to mall and close by to eveyrthing. Thank you once again Grand Millennium Muscat! me and family had great time and took with us beautiful memories! & u will see us again! :)

The location was fantastic. Really good for families. The hotel has a direct bridge link connecting the Grand Mall which is very useful. What was exceptional was the service that was provided by he entire team at the Grand Millennium, from the house keeping and restaurant staff all the way to the front desk and spa. Particular mention to Hind Al Hashmi for exceptional service- her professional courtesy and the manner in which she held her position is testament to the entire team at the hotel. Really impressed. My first visit to Muscat and the Grand Millennium, but definitely not my last.

Location is the best. It's very easy to book otaxi pickups from the mall which is just an elevator away. Good connectivity to airport and other destinations. The rooms are spacious.

The location is very convenient to shopping and dining , it is within Muscat Grand Mall . The staff were very friendly and helpful . I will stay here again if I visit Muscat .

Our room is facing the breakfast / party lounge . It becomes noisy at night with music parties . If you are driving a car ,the hotel entrance is not easy to access , you need to go the Mall entrance then reach the hotel entrance following the signs . Sometimes the hotel parking gets full if there are activities in the hotel .

The room is large and clean, functional. Location is superb. It is attached to the Muscat Grand Mall. It's extremely convenient. Breakfast: Is okay. Staff at the front desk: these staff are extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating, I was lucky enough to have "Kristina" attended to me both time I booked to stay during my trip to Oman between 17-21 December, 2023. She is a real Gem. CRM: When I checked in the second time on this trip, the date was fallen on my birthday, they organised a birthday cake and placed it in my room. I was already impressed with their "can do" attitude and with this surprise, I was even more impressed. This is my third time staying at this hotel. It would be my preferred place to stay when we are in Muscat again.

I find the team at the restaurant where we had breakfast were not as competent and friendly as the front desk team. I also had this same experience at my previous stay in September 2023.

location, city center and attached to big mall. They have ladies only gym and swimming pool which gave me a lot of freedom as modest muslin woman. The room was spacious. The breakfast buffet is diverse. I wish they had more options in the fruit section. Every day the same limited options of fruit.

The service during breakfast. Staff were trying hard, but it was disorganized. You know whom to call if you need help and the staff are running everywhere u don't know who to call and it is not easy to get their attention. You lead your way o any table, which is the only one you find free, but you discover it is not ready, no utensils or napkin. I end up going to their station asking for fork and knife I think a little bit of organization will transform the experience.

Beautiful apartment, clean and large. Very comfortable. Great location and link to malls.

Lacks some finer amenities. Didn't have enough towels for everyone, also has it's own pool so would benefit from some pool towels as well. Biggest issue was the WiFi only allowed 4 people (despite it being an 8 sleeper). The microwave wasn't working and no-one came to fix it despite asking. No dish washer pods provided. 6 bottles of water despite being an 8 sleeper.

The staff are very friendly and nice.

However, response times to service requests were rather long and required frequent follow up. The kitchenette lacked a few basic kitchen essentials ... especially to help guests who check in and don't have basics like dishwashing liquid / scrubber, kitchen towels, paper towels, washing machine detergent etc. If small quantities are provided it makes for a better serviced apartment and more convenient for guests on arrival.
