It is definitely a hotel that stands out in Arequipa. We booked it ad hoc as the other place we had didn’t meet our expectations and it was an amazing stay. From the moment you enter the lobby, you are taken care of properly. The room was spotless, very spacious, quiet and with a nice view, beds were super comfortable, large bathroom, big wardrobe. There is a restaurant and the food was amazing. A bit pricey but worth it. The staff, both in the lobby and in the restaurant, was very professional, helpful and polite. We had an early flight and asked for a transfer which was arranged with no problem. We also had our laundry done, it was a bit more expensive than we expected but, again, worth it. We planned to stay 1 night but extended our booking after all.

Excellent hotel in Arequipa Perú, most important: super clean, nice food and good service.

The hotel is away of the noisy downtown. Hence, you need a taxy to go to the old city. It was Ok but not for the tour people that sometimes is hard for them to pick people up.

The room was very clean and comfortable, pictures really reflect what you get during your stay

Breakfast buffet though good, could have a better assortment. Drinks at the bar could be better too.

The staff! warm and knowledgeable. Polite. Caring, Special thanks to Milagros and Gloria. The property itself is impressive, stone and glass and typical details, tastefully displayed. The bathroom is a delight; spacious, luminous, well equipped. The bedroom is beautiful with everything we needed and no more. The dining room on the fifth floor with a nice terrace overlooking the volcanoes is also comfortable and enjoyable- it has some explanations about the volcanoes that are brief, to the point and useful. So, great infrastructure but even better that that; the people!

The food. Arequipa is a foodie destination. Maybe because of the pandemic, lack of enough customers, availability restrictions or something else, it was good, but not great. However, the breakfast was abundant, varied and well done.

if I had anything at all to complain about, it would be the train horn, lol but such a small thing did not take away from the experience.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating! The room was BEAUTIFUL.

Two complaints: 1. The rooms don’t have heat, however, the staff solved this by lending us a portable electric heater. 2. The lighting in the room was very dim - more like ambient lighting. Hard to read by. I prefer bright lighting, but it was not intolerable.

Everything felt so ELEGANT. Although… I’m used to staying in backpacker’s hostels, so maybe I’m not the best judge 🤣.

Adjecent to a busy commercial road, and surrounded by construction projects.

Hotel is right by the main hospital so not really an easy walk to anywhere. However it did have free parking and was pretty close to the airport which is what we wanted. Room was comfortable and the restaurant at the hotel was good.

just comfy clean hotel. business hotel but for me that ok. free parking. easy to reaxh. out of the center but taxi is cheap.
