The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town. Ordered a taxi to and from the airport through the hotel which went very smoothly at an acceptable cost. The hotel is full of character with it's wooden beams and floors. We had a 4th floor double room which was perfect, especially for the New Year fireworks. Our double window opened up to the Old Town of Dlugi Targ Street. Breakfast is served in the ground floor restaurant and although it's from a menu you are served with your own mini buffet style breakfast, a choice of tea and coffees and juice...excellent! The waitress is adorable, very friendly and told us about their front of house guy who wears a different outfit every day, definitely worth looking out for!

Reception staff are efficient but not overly friendly which was fine for us but a little smile here and there wouldn't go amis.

Location was excellent right in the old town square, we didnt eat at the Hotel but the food looked good. The rooms were a decent size as hotel rooms go and the bathroom was good.

We found one or two of the staff in the hotel bar quite rude and you can't get a drink in the bar after hours even if you are a resident. Our rooms were a good decent size, my only complaint was the bathroom sink would not empty out water as the plug was stuck so had difficulty cleaning teeth etc. There was tea making facilities but no Teabags or Coffee, But don't let this stop you from staying here I would definitely stay here again

Great location right on Ulica Dluga. The room was large with tons of charm. Big, beautiful windows looking out onto the street. You are right in the middle of all the action. The staff was great too. There is no AC but they have fans and it doesn’t get too hot there. Only drawback is it is very noisy at all hours because you are on the main tourist street. As long as you are OK with that it’s a great spot. We really enjoyed our visit.

The location is very good - you go out from hotel and You are at the best sights. Even the station, bus stops are not far away. The places to eat - many around, however it is the heart of the old town so the prices are quite high. Polite staff, good coffee.

The bed creaked terribly. Probably all hotel heard every move on the bed. Some reconstruction works starting from a bit after 8 AM also did not help to sleep (but probably not at the hotel, but maybe in building near). And very bad thing, but probably the hotel can't do nothing with it and it is because of the location - your are in the heart of old town - the very loud music at the weekends from the cafe near. It was impossible to sleep until 2 AM. The breakfast was tasty, but... it is always the same, about 5-6 choices.

Very spacious, comfortable room located at the back of the hotel which was quiet. The location couldn't be beaten: it's within a 15 minute walk of pretty much all the major attractions and the train/bus station, with bars, shops and restaurants on the door step. Room well-heated and cosy. Plenty of storage space including full-length hanging and a safe, and two full-length mirrors. Basic toiletries provided and full-stocked mini-bar (prices a little steep). Bed linen comfortable. Reception staff were accommodating and quick to respond when we asked for various items (extra pillow, ear-plugs and use of a corkscrew). The cooked breakfast was very good: large portion with lots of variety.

Beds (we had a twin room) a little on the narrow side: given the size of the room they could put in wider beds. They were also very creaky. Only one pillow provided per person but reception were quick to supply an additional pillow when we asked for it. Hairdryers desperately need upgrading as they didn't work at all; that said, I didn't think to ask if they had a different one I could borrow. Location could be a negative as well as a positive as I imagine the rooms at the front could experience some noise at night.

The authentic old building is located on one of the main streets/pedestrian areas of the historic city centre with the train station a 15min walk away. The building itself is beautifully restored with dark wooden beams on the ceiling and a historic feeling to it. There was even a minibar. Hairdryer, kettle with complimentary coffee/tea were also available. The bed was comfy and I slept very well. I found the bathroom very modern and especially the shower was very good. The staff was multilingual and helpful. As it was the week before christmas all the areas around the hotel were beautifully decorated. I absolutely loved staying here!

The restaurant breakfast options are quite poor, service is bad, people are not friendly as in other places near by. Would have been great to have other breakfast options, croissants, bread and ham/cheese, lactose free options. One night it was raining a lot and we wanted just a quick night cap, and although people were still eating inside, service was not available. This was 11pm...

Fabulous location right in the heart of Gdansk old town. The hotel was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the second floor towards the back of the hotel. It was very quiet and had everything we needed for our stay including Tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge with a mini bar. We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and hope to return.

The hotel is situated in a superb place in the middle of the old town. The room and the whole hotel is very beautifully decorated, it is truly a unique place to stay, it has a lot of charm and character. In addition, there is a restaurant downstairs that serves some very delicious and not expensive but fancy food, and you get a 10% discount as a hotel guest. The breakfast is served at the same restaurant.

There were no bathrobes and slippers, also no AC and the hotel does not have a place to park your car (pretty understandable, because it is in the middle of the old town). The nearest parking was 800 meters away, but it wasn't such a big problem for us, because it was easy to get there.

Absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. Spacious room with old style design. We had a room with windows for the main street. I read few reviews where people were complaining that during their stay was a bit too loud. However, all hotels with windows on the street will be a bit louder. For us this wasn’t a problem. To be fair, we liked the atmosphere of busy city that we could see and hear. (Besides hotel provides stoppers). Room was very clean and comfy. Specious bathroom with support (small handles next to the toilet and shower). This may be an extra bonus for any person with disability. Location great, 10-15min from the PKPtrain station , 5min from the tramp station from where you can pick the tramp to Stoga beach or Jelitkowo beach. We will be back!

A small thing, the shower door should close a bit better but this wasn’t really an issue.
