Excellent location, modern hotel. Hotel TV guide channel and excellent reception. Free mini bar offers water daily. Brilliant breakfast selection 👌 and great coffee. Shower had good water pressure and the occasional chimes from the local church added to the atmosphere. Wifi excellent.

Excellent location in the middle of the Old Town. The hotel is modern, clean and well kept. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Excellent air-conditioning: very efficient and very quiet. The room has a kettle with a tea/coffe selection and a fridge which is restocked with free water every day. All members of staff are friendly and helpful.

Payment in advance was demanded at check-in – an unpleasant surprise in a hotel of this standard. The requirement is not clearly communicated to guests before arrival.

Firstly, the location was perfect, right at the centre of the old town, on what I would consider to be the main street. Despite this, at least in my room, there was was no noise at all, very peaceful. The room was bigger than I expected and very comfortable. The bathroom was also big and everything very clean and new. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I also treated myself to a massage in the spa, which was lovely. Considering all of this, and particularly given the central location, I would say this hotel is very good value for money. I can't recommend it enough!

Liked the location, and breakfast menu. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Would be nice to have more local stuff.

I made the booking online for my parents as a gift (prepayment no free cancellation). I was annoyed as the hotel didn't charge my card tin advance but asked my parents to pay during check in:/ I spoke with the manager and she explained that they cannot charge my card if it is not presented at the location. I needed to fill in a special form to pay for my parents stay. But then I was thinking that you would charge me the amount in a situation if my parents just wouldn't show up right? So I am not sure why it couldn't have been done on time.

I asked for a quite room, and I got one on the back side of the hotel. The only sound from the outside that disturbed us was the big truck emptying the rubbish bins in the morning, but that's okay, it didn't last long. Otherwise no sounds coming from the busy streets of Gdansk. It was clean and breakfast had a quite wide range of choice.

When it comes to the noises from the inside of the hotel, we got a room that was connected to the other by the door - not a good idea when someone asked for a quiet room! I could hear the neighbours talking loud. I guess I wouldn't be able to do so if the door wasn't there.

The location is right in the center of Old Town Gdansk, so there are many many restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfy and it was clean! There wasn’t much noise either in the hotel even though I was right opposite the lift. The breakfast was also really good and the restaurant space is cute.

There’s no option to use stairs if you didn’t want the lift and also there is construction going on right now on the street behind the hotel so I did have to go to the next street to get a taxi to/fro the airport. There’s not much toiletry either, only hand soap and the dreaded 2-in-1 hairwash and bodywash.

Location was right in the centre of the square and tourist spots. Front rooms have a great view of the square and cafe bars and tourists. Hairdryer, shower gel, slippers and bathrobes. Kettle, cups tea, coffee and fridge with complimentary cold drinks. Good, quality, comfortable bed and room. Bathrooms excellent. Staff and Manager very helpful.

Not easy to find as its part of a Casino The entrance amd sign is on a side door. Buskers loud music, awful but finishes at 9 -10pm usually. Drunks heard at the front rooms go on to the early hours from the bars, so take ear plugs or be a heavy sleeper. Some rooms face the side wall. No lounge or downstairs sitting area, a couple of chairs in reception. Breakfast on the 5th floor. Two small lifts service all the rooms at the Hotel. 2 comfortable chairs would have been nice instead of sitting on the bed or the one desk chair provided Didnt visit the Casino side and didnt impact on the Hotel.

Location was very close to the old town, literally next to it actually. It was very convenient to walk around. A bit noisy though, but wasn't a problem really for me (although usually it is). Room was clean and nice. Refillable water/juice in the fridge is a nice touch - loved it. Breakfast was fine, not superb or anything. It was serviceable and did its job :)

Noise due to close proximity to the main street. That's pretty much it. I didn't have any issues with staff or anything else.

Was staying in IBB for 3 days and it's absolutely wonderful choice for it's price. Comfortable room - photos show exactly what you get and what you're paying for. Location in the heart of the Old Town, which is over any estimations. Breakfast is really good, personal is helpful and polite, kind to solve any problems

Some little minuses - would be nice to have slippers provided. Also pillows could be a lilbit better, they're fine to sleep, but not that soft to fully relax. Could be bigger and softer. Aside of that all is perfect, 9/10

- in the very city center, a few steps from the main square - very delicious breakfast (several fresh juices, 3 types of eggs, different types of cheese, fresh fruits, muesli, joghurt, nuts, dry fruits, salads, vegetables, cakes and pancakes, bread etc.) - spacious room - fresh water refiller on the corridor (3rd floor) - nice bathroom, several settings for the shower - wifi worked perfect

- the heating in the bathroom was unpluged when we came in the room, so the bathroom was very cold - parking is a bit expensive (80 zloty per night) but it is in the very city center right next to the main square so it is reasonable - in the pictures for the breakfast there is a waffle station showed. Actually there was no waffle station. Maybe it's not everyday.
