Hotel located on site of the main town but very close to. Under ground parking at extra cost but no need a car is everything is so close. Great breakfast, very polite staff. Clean, quite and comfortable.

Too many kids in the pool but holiday time in Poland ... Maybe a swimming time table will help to limit amount of people in the pool.

Swimming pool was awesome, they used salt water and I presume some chemicals too instead of chlorine so the pool was really pleasant to be in. The lack of chlorine was also really nice for my neurodivergent partner who struggles with sensory stuff. The lighting in the pool was great too, and I personally enjoyed the sauna next to it. However, sometimes the water works in the pool were too loud and unpleasant. The room was great, we were pleasantly surprised to have a refrigerator in our room (studio double room). My only complaint is the lack of kitchen.

Pool water works were too loud at times, the view wasn’t great as we were at the side of the building and not the front (room 303). Had slight troubles with the wall control panel thingy, but worked it out in the end. Didn’t find use for the app they encouraged me to download.

Very comfortable stay and the location couldn't be better, it's right next to the center but not in the crowded area. Breakfast had really good options and the bar delivers really nice cocktails and mocktails. The room is very comfortable and spacious. Pool and sauna area is well staffed and clean. Will return here for sure

It was difficult to get enough shampoo/soap out of the bottle provided. At this level of hotel I would expect a wider selection of shampoo/conditioner/body gel and in separate bottles. The towels were a bit small and not soft enough

A nice hotel, the location for Gdansk itself is really good, but from the airport you have to get the 210 bus and then walk about 20 minutes after that or pay £17 Uber (Don't be fooled when it quotes £10, they add on a surcharge after!). Check in was fast, we were upgraded for free which is nice. The room itself was clean and modern, really hard mattress. Shower could be better and the toilet really sprays water after flushing, it's like a fountain be warned lol! Reception staff speak good English, the restaurant staff are hit and miss and sometimes having to point at things, was surprised as I thought they would speak better English. The restaurant menu is limited and not great for vegetarians at all. I would recommend Manna 98 and Woosabi instead.

It can be quite noisy in the area, we got woken up at 6am by noise outside. City tax is 2.50PLN each person per night, not much but still find it a bit of a con. Everywhere is walkable from the hotel, if you want to go to out of the city I found public transport a bit ridiculous in that you can;t get a direct train to the castle for example.

The breakfast was very good. It didn’t have a lot of options, but everything was extremely well prepared and delicious. The spa was small, and I can see that during peak seasons it can get really crowded, but we enjoyed it a lot in October. The room was spotless clean, comfortable and spacious. Excellent shower. Overall vibe of the hotel is very classy, excellent service and friendly staff.

The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I’d expected, and the pillow was bad. I also felt really hot during the night, even after putting the AC at 16 degrees. Maybe it wasn’t working properly, or the duvet was hotter than it looked like.

Very near city centre which was perfect, all the main restaurants, old town and the shopping forum was in walking distance. Bed really comfortable and big, modern and nice looking rooms. Can’t hear noise from outside which is nice, balcony was nice too but an amazing view.

Double bed we booked was two twin beds stuck together with 2 separate duvets which was disappointing. Breakfast was a lot more expensive in the hotel compared to surrounding cafes so don’t bother. Spa was disappointing, small saunas with one pool that was full of kids and families when we went in so an adults only pool/area would have been appreciated to allow us to relax. Staff were pleasant but didn’t seem to want to help that much.

great location, the facility is fresh and modern.

The rooms in where the widows are approaching the inside area of the hotel (front office and etc). Once you open the window, you can clearly hear everything that is going on downstairs. Starting from any random sounds, ending with conversations word to word. it is not that much could be changed, just to be mindful.

Spacious, comfortable, well equipped, quiet and sparkling clean rooms! Located very close to the Gdansk Old Town and public transport Absolutely fantastic and delicious breakfast with huge selection of food, drinks, desserts (including traditional polish cuisine like bigos or kielbasa). Friendly and professional staff in all areas where I have been Exeptional welness area - swimming pool with countercurrent unit (!), two water jets, jacuzzi, two saunas, calming lightning. Everything is also well maintained and very clean here. I spend 20-30 days each year in various hotels in Europe on my business trips. This time I have been on a leisure trip with my family and I want to give my honest congratulations to the architects / designers, owner, hotel management and staff for providing such a great service to your guests. I am looking forward to visit you again when I am back in Gdansk one day, because that was really a pleasure to stay at your hotel.

nothing to complain, keep it up!
